Can you help Layla have her operation

Hi my name is Layla and I am a one year old pocket bully, I am the dark one in the picture with my sister, at the moment I am not feeling very well and was hoping I could get some help with what I need to have done . I will let my owner tell the story while I have a little rest
Layla woke up yesterday morning and I noticed she couldn't go to the toilet to pee I watched her a couple of times to try but nothing would happen so I rushed her to my local vet , they examined her and found polyps just inside her urethras, they advised me to take her to the Animal Referral Hospital which I did straight away on further examination with the ultra sound they also noticed that her left side of her uterus appeared abnormally full of fluid , which is not commonly seen in dogs that are on heat . Causes of the uterine fluid could be infectious (Pyometra) .
They need to do a CT scan plus a Scope and contrast to see what else is going on with her which will be $4,500 then the operation to remove her polyps and try and save her uterus will another $5,000 .
Layla is such a beautiful girl she has one of the sweetest personality's and does not deserve what she is going through even the hospital staff said she was the best well mannered patient they had there .
So could you please help Layla (Loo Loo is her nick name ) her sister would be devastated if anything happened to her . Unfortunately this has happened at a unfortunate time and is the only reason I am asking for help
If you can find it in your hearts to help just a little Layla would really appreciate it
Much love and licks from
