Hello Everyone!
I have such exciting news.... I've been selected as an official State Finalist in the Miss New York USA pageant!
If I happen to be crowned the new Miss New York USA, I will represent New York in the nationally televised Miss USA pageant as seen on FOX television. I will also represent New York during my reign by making numerous appearances throughout NY state, by helping the community, local businesses, and charitable organizations, as well as appearing at special events, grand openings and parades. This is so perfect especially considering last year I founded a nonprofit organization entitled HEY! - Healthy Excited Youth (www.healthyexcitedyouth.org).
I'm also not unfamiliar to pageants either as I am a former Miss District of Columbia World and placed 3rd Runner-up at the Miss World America national pageant.
Pageants are a great opportunity and they're a lot of fun but unfortunately, they can get expensive. I'm raising the listed goal amount to help cover registration fees, hotel accommodations for the pageant weekend, travel/meals, and wardrobe (including interview dress, fitness and swimsuit wear, opening production outfit and an evening gown).
I greatly appreciate any and all donations. No amount is too small! I hope you'll be willing to support me on my road to Miss New York USA! Thank you so much in advance!!
