Local breweries offer Game of Thrones adventure to celebrate final season

The anticipation is growing for the premiere of the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones. To celebrate the beginning of the end, seven local breweries are coming together to brew specialty beers for GOT fans.

Each brewery has crafted a special beer to represent a different house in the series. Beer aficionados can buy a map to lead their way through the realm to each house.

Cerberus Brewing Company is representing House Lannister. Fossil Craft Beer Co is representing House Gardener. Elizabeth Brewing Co. will brew for House Stark. Peaks N Pines Brewing Co. has special beer for House Arryn. Brass Brewing co. will serve beer for House Durrandon. Florence Brewing Co. represents House Martell. FH Beerworks represents House Hoare.

Niki Fields, owner of FH Beerworks says House Hoare is the salt throne, so their creation is a black lime gose with black Hawaiian salt called “Black of Heart” which is a quote from the series.

The final season of George R. R. Martin’s fantasy book series airs Sunday.
