Leafy patterns today remind me of the summer which Tokyo seems to have forgotten as it's humid, grey and wet every day for the past week and for the foreseeable future 🌱I really love how the shadow falls in this photo 🦌For whatever reason I always end up back at the little bees 🐝 in other news I've definitely caught the plague and I'm slowly dying, I'll try to do so quietly from my little corner of the internet! 😷Eaten out twice today and I honestly can't wait to go home and eat a salad!An old pattern with some fresh colours, I've been considering getting back into block printing in the future as I've realised I enjoy creating these patterns and the effect a simple shape can make, hopefully I wont be slicing my fingers quite as much as I used to!These flowers look so beautiful I just want to eat them, they remind me of confetti and birthday sprinkles in a flower!Combining pen and paint for a little experimental piece today 🖍 not really loving all the red in my work atm, definitely want to bring back more pinks and yellows, and dare I say it, even a few blues!Definitely just copied this idea from Instagram but wanted to see if my paint pens were still working and finishing off those acrylics I've got left to use up🌙A little bit of a different pattern today,I duno why but it kind of reminds me of colourful macaws 🦜 (from a distance mind you 😂)Some more elephants in 3 different media, isn't it crazy what a difference a pen or a paintbrush can make?! Having fun experimenting with the same image in different formats to try and find what I really love and what feels the most 'me' 🐘I've been testing working with different media and thicker lines, thinner lines, sketchy lines, painted lines, these little bees of mine were a quick doodle in my sketchbook with a fine liner and I'm pretty happy with the final result! 🐝The fact these beautiful flowers exist is crazy, they look like they're straight out of a multicolor dream
