The first thing you need to do for yourself, is to cut away all the unnecessary noise in your life!
Second, you need to learn to focus on YOU, not your friends and family first, this may sound crazy a selfish, but try to follow me, it will make sence!

You need to plan out when to make meals, what and how much to eat, when and what to train, everything need to be planned out...
Now this can all seem like alot of work, especially if you are low on energy to start off with, this is why you need to go through step 1 & 2 first, then you will have time and a little more energy to get the plan set up, start out with the basics..
