Yea well I was 290 pounds that was my highest weight that was during my fresh men year of college I was always a chubby thick kid through out high school but then I went to college got put on birth control and blew up I just couldn’t stop gaining weight then I jus got real depressed but one day I was like I have to lose some weight so I started fasting working out a lot tons of cardio constantly fasting and experimenting with different diet plans and steady exercising

Use your #core muscles to keep your spine straight and tall throughout this routine. Do each move, smoothly and controlled, for 30 seconds. Rest and stretch as needed between rounds and between sets. 2-4 rounds.

MOVEMENT MONDAY: Plank
There’s a ton of value to be derived by this exercise. Aside from the traditional challenge to your core stability, the plank also requires you to maintain a neutral cervical spine (neck) and proper shoulder and shoulder blade mechanics. There is also demands on your lower body - engagement of quads, glutes and calves - muscle groups responsible for many day to day activities. When done correctly, the deep core musculature is engaged and you will begin to shake almost immediately, even if you think you’re strong. Make sure to maintain proper rib cage alignment and not let your low back sink towards the floor. You can also work on proper breathing patterns in this position.
