I hit a little cutting plateau a few weeks ago, so I switched up my thangs. I reduced cardio from x4/week to x2-3/week and reduced my carb to about 50-100g, while carb cycling. Also, will no longer complete this October due to some personal unforeseen events. Nonetheless, I will continue to cut until I see veins running down my leg lol. Mark my words, the next competition will be crazyy. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Using a stance similar to conventional deadlifts, contract your spine driving power through your heels. At the peak of the movement try and squeeze your lats.
