After watching the @wbff_aust ProAm in the weekend I have been flicking through old photos and I’m so excited for 2020.

I’ve got 12 months and I’ll be working to blow you guys away.
After watching the fitness pro line up I don’t think I’ve ever had more hunger in my belly.
I know what I need to do, what areas I need to bring up and I will be doing that without being over obsessive and still enjoying life.
My goal isn’t to be shredded all year round, in fact I like a body with a little more body fat on it but I do love the process and I think it’s just amazing what our bodies can do if you set your goals and execute them.
I am not a big person I have a tiny frame, narrow hips and shoulders, I once had twigs as arms and I’m super proud of the muscle I have built this far and even more proud that I’ve found a happy balance with life, training and my diet.
I don’t eat clean all the time, I probably haven’t been hitting my macros consistently for a while now but it’s ok, I train hard and heavy at least 4 times a week and I eat well 70% of the time.
Once you set up a good foundation for yourself you can be more lenient and you just learn to know what works for your body
My goals this week are to hit my protein intake EVERYDAY and to up my water intake
Training wise I’ll be training my chest, shoulders, bis and tris all twice this week mixed in with legs/booty and back of course.
