Guy is phenomenal, nutrition scientist and forum correcting perfection. Each rep I do, I think Bill. "Wait would he come up and do a tap right here, move my posture this way one centimeter, and change the whole dynamic of what I'm doing. Targeting and isolating the muscles I am actually going for. Is my chin up, looking forward. Are my shoulders relaxed Maybe he's behind me I'll do one more rep. Maybe that person over there is looking for motivation I'll do another set." As I, or you walk to another spot recognizing forum, or people that could use a little help; give them a tip, give them a "hey your looking good" "Good work today your killin it" "have you tried this" "Give others motivation to keep going and push them self. A few words can go a long way.
