Optimally, if there is some sort of stoppage while you are shooting your brain will access the preassigned program and just run it without stopping and taking the time to diagnose what's happening. Putting mental energy into figuring out how to reload, clear a malfunction, etc is a distraction from the problem solving of the event. The consequence is that you should put enough time practicing the skills in context so that you can just run the program instead of writing the program.

Here are 3 tips to get you started:
1. Stop forcing yourself to experience joy and be happy all the time. It's okay to have an off day and experiencing the full range of emotions is not only healthy but necessary to have a fully human experience. And it gives a sense of peace knowing that it's okay to not feel happy all the time.
2. Love yourself and take care of yourself first, so you are able to fully show up for other to give and experience love. This also means setting boundaries and saying no more often.
3. Get clarity on what brings you joy and take small steps each day to make this a priority in your life. Do you love to sing, dance, paint, take pictures, read or write Carve out some 'joy' time each day.
So what brings you joy 💃🏽
If you obsess over whether you are making the right decision, you are basically assuming that the universe will reward you for one thing and punish you for another.
The universe has no fixed agenda. Once you make any decision, it works around that decision. There is no right or wrong, only a series of possibilities that shift with each thought, feeling, and action that you experience.
If this sounds too mystical, refer again to the body. Every significant vital sign- body temperature, heart rate, oxygen consumption, hormone level, brain activity, and so on- alters the moment you decide to do anything… decisions are signals telling your body, mind, and environment to move in a certain direction.

I've been slowing down very deliberately. I added journaling to my morning prayer/meditation routine a while ago now, it’s so very helpful. I journal my prayers a lot of the time, and it’s surprising what emotions and truth come out, that I didn’t even realize were there.
It’s much too easy for years to go by without stopping and thinking about what you're doing and why. Don't be afraid of what you'll discover if you stop and feel. Be afraid of what might happen if you never stop... What is a way that you might create a regular habit of stopping and reflecting, within the parameters of your daily life

We get in life a reflection of what we believe we deserve. This is when, normally, the mind will chime in and be like “you have to do X, Y, Z etc to be deserving.” The ego is a survival mechanism and will do whatever it can to “keep us safe.” ⠀
This is why awareness is always the key. When we become aware of the “rules” we have in our minds of “what it takes” to be happy… we can then choose to let those go. The thing is, those rules are normally on autopilot. ⠀
Many of us may have grown up believing we had to “achieve” certain things to be happy. Many may believe there is a “blueprint” to how their life should be going and if things don’t appear to be “on course” there will be resistance. The secret it to let go. Let go of the “rules” that you can feel worthy once X, Y, or Z happens. ⠀
Let go of the “blueprint” the mind creates to “how” life is supposed to go. Once you become aware of it, it is easy to let go. These rules were normally picked up a long time ago and many times from other people whether it be friends, family, or environment. ⠀
You are worthy… I don’t care way Wayne or Garth says…You ARE worthy… and you can listen BEYOND the ego and know…. The ego is just trying to keep you safe. It’s okay.. you can let the rules go now. Just do you boo boo. Better yet, just BE you⠀
