Toward the end of an intense back session last night. 455lb rack pulls for 25 consecutive reps. Kevin Lee hitting a back double bicep to start off the video and hitting me with that positive reinforcement motivation before rep #1. I was so out of it that I lost count and initially thought I hit 24 reps when I stopped and then if you listen closely while i'm panting i'm like "That's a redemption set....how the fuck How didn't I get 515 for 1, but I hit that for (15-4)...." Made absolutely no sense and I just lmfaoooo. Awesome set and session though. BODYBUILDING IS SO MENTAL. CONTROL YOUR MIND; CONTROL YOUR BODY!!!! “Pain is temporary. Picture from yesterday because today is the dreaded rest day. But working with @jmihalyfit you can literally not expect to train everyday with the intensity involved.
I take my rest day on a day where work gets in the way and just get my steps in, macros the same so we are ready to kill it tomorrow. Rest days are so important and I’ve skipped out on them for so long. Not anymore.
