I had fully intended on being totally off it today.
But after a silly amount of time this month off my plan, I am feeling so sick, bloated, tired, waking up with racing heart and have all the nausea and headaches.
Also; I feel there is little point going from totally off to totally on in one day, for fear of “rebelling”. There has to be an “in between” day to ease you back in 😂
So breakfast will be smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with a large glass of water, and the mini goal of the day is to have only water as a drink before I go on a night out tonight. I WILL drink alcohol tonight because it’s the one night out of the year I really look forward to!
I will get ingredients for vegetable soup to make and have a bowl before I head out and snack on popcorn and nuts and minimal chocolate.
Then tomorrow will be as much exercise as possible and healthy food.
I weighed myself this morning to face the inevitable gain. I am back into a fresh mindset again.
Now’s the exact time to come away from weighing myself until the end of January because I will only become frustrated and fixated and weekly fluctuations. By leaving it five weeks it will be more accurate and less chance of me “quitting”. Do I have regrets at failing so badly in December One hundred percent. I feel disgusting and so disappointed with myself. However, the very fact I can now make the decision that I WANT to go back on plan because I enjoy the healthy food, rather than only going back on it because I HAVE to which inevitably leads to hating it and going further and further off track, shows something healthy in my mindset is still embedded there.

DINNER TIME these pics make the portions look small but trust me it wasn’t and I had seconds! So this is another use up what ever meal. Rice, lean bacon, mushrooms, grated carrot, cabbage and courgette. Chopped green pepper and celery. One stock cube and cooked in a wok with a splash of water. ( no oil or fry light.) syn free meal wooop. Followed by a few oranges and a cuppa. #slimmingworldmeals #backonplan
