Finding a great barber for women’s hair is tough. I heart @poshbarber & how she can rock my brand style with my hair whether it’s two-toned or all blond. Whether it’s pulled back or down. I could have just said F it... it’s Sunday after all. I could have pushed snooze, I could have said I was to tired because I have not been sleeping well...but instead there was something about today that made me determined to hit every single goal I had set for myself, I jumped out of bed 20 mins before my alarm. Eager... because I knew I had made myself a promise.
A commitment, for 80 days, I have promised myself I would not miss a workout. And so I haven’t!
The power to do whatever you want is inside of you! You can keep telling your self excuses or you can face the truth. You can, you will, if you decide you actually want to.

I love starting my week off right. ⠀⠀
But I stayed out later than usual last night and totally didn’t want to get out of bed. I think I hit snooze 4x before I finally got up at 6am. ⠀⠀
I hear people say “I wish I had your motivation, your drive.” This motivation didn’t show up over night. This motivation started when I got to a place in my life and said “enough is enough”. I knew I couldn’t keep doing the same thing anymore. And this drives me everyday. I am willing to do the work because I was tired of own shit. ⠀⠀
So I made a change. I decided that I wouldn’t give up on myself anymore. I show up everyday because my daughter is watching. You are watching. I want you to know incredible things happen when you don’t quit so easily. Consistency is key. Every damn day. Even when you don’t “feel like it”. Goals aren’t crushed when you sleep the day away. ⠀⠀
Dig deep. What is your why Why do you want change Are you tired of your excuses Are you tired of watching from the sidelines ⠀⠀
Please know that change is possible. Know that you are worth it. Know that incredible things happen when you don’t give up. Know that women are out there who WANT to support you.
