We set a goal but how do we stay motivated or driven to hit our goals?

Personally, I don't believe in motivational content that hypes you up in that moment.

After you may or may not haven taken any action, the hype is gone, you suddenly don't feel energetic or passionate to do what you intended to do.

Since young, I only believed in discipline.

Because it's the only thing that can pull you through to the other side, even if you don't feel like it, even if you feel like shit.

Many of us guys who went through army were thrown in certain boot camps or training regimes.

It forced us to try to break out of the cycle, to stop failing, to stop struggling, to will your mind over matter, get it over and done with.

Rather than stuck in this cycle of repeating and failing.

We want to break out of the cycle, force our mind to achieve and use discipline to pull us out every other day no matter what.

5 rounds

Who knew this coastal girl would adapt to good ole 📍Aiken South Carolina...
To be honest, two years ago I was dreading the thought of moving away from everything and everyone that I was use to. No more salt water and sunsets over the ocean. No more smell of the marsh on my ride home. No more evening walks downtown Charleston. No more of what I had grown so comfortable with for the past ten years. 
But as pleasant as being comfortable is, sometimes being in our comfort zone for too long hinders us from growing.
Being right where I am has become such an adventure. There have been some pretty serious highs and lows for sure, but I wouldn’t trade the experiences for anything. The relationships I’ve built here will last a lifetime. And having the opportunity to begin marketing my own brand in a smaller town has been such a blessing. I know that in the next ten years, I’m going to look back at my time here in this unique Southern town, and remember how I grew in those years. 
What I’ve learned: 
When you begin to feel like you are out of your comfort zone, keep your mind, heart and yours eyes open. Because there’s an opportunity somewhere near, and you won’t want to miss it.
