First things first, the picture on the left was taken at the end of a triathalon so things are not pretty, ya know what I mean
But I TRAINED for that triathalon you guys. A lot. I used the cardio equipment at the gym. I got a special membership to this other club so I could have access to a pool. I bought a new bike from Wheel and Sprocket. And I ran circles around the park in my neighborhood (it even had hills!). I felt like I was doing everything right and I couldn’t comprehend why my body wasn’t changing.
Let’s fast forward to 2 years later. I’m following structured workout programs from my basement, appx 30 mins/day, and I have a group of girls online who support and encourage me. I incorporated weights and began following an actual meal plan that focuses on eating more WHOLE, real foods...including, gasp, veggies 😲The changes in my body are obviously, but the changes in my ENERGY and MINDSET are so much more!
Changing your habits is simple...but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. I’d love the chance to help you make a change. If can help you feel even a fraction of how good I feel, I would be one happy camper. And I think you would be too 😉 •
💫 Change your habits, change your life 💫

I have to admit I have dreamed of staying in a capsule hotel for years!! Originally created for businessmen who worked late or had too much to drink and missed the last commuter train, it was a kind of a desperate haven for just men for the night. Now they have a ladies only places. When I told mom I wanted to stay in one she was like “😳😳😳... why” and I told her “ #forloveandadventure “ and now she is down!!! 😂😂😂 #sleepingpod #crawlspace” #beehive #thedarkside #cocoon #humankennel #adventure
“I’m a small town youth pastor wife with a 5 month old baby girl. I work part-time running the receptionist area of a veterinary office. I love nothing more than a good book with a large cup of tea. I have always loved small businesses. There is something inspiring about watching a small business owner take their passion & turn it into their career. Starting something from nothing is simply motivational. After receiving my business degree, I had no idea what I wanted to do with it, I just knew I loved small business. Without a strong business idea myself, I love teaming up with other people to see how businesses run. I’ve had so many wonderful jobs in small businesses. I’ve been able to learn much from some inspiring business owners. A few years ago, I started a journey to become more chemical free. With a tendency toward migraines & sensitive skin, I was in need of help. I started using essential oils & looking at the back of product labels. It was eye opening to see how many horrible ingredients I had been putting on my skin & in my body. With my knowledge of this, I started looking for chemical free companies. Thinking it would be fun to help on some administrative projects, I started working for Bee Lovely Botanicals. I quickly learned to LOVE their products & am now a consultant. I never thought of myself as a salesperson. Independent sales has never been my thing, but the Lord has shown me that through this business I can help so many others make better skincare choices. As I learn more about the power of bees, ingredients in their hives, & natural skincare. I’m so thankful to be able to bless my family with a more chemical free life. Not only am I helping my health with using these products, but I now have my own small business through it! Dream come true!” -Julie

We're feeling all nostalgic and having a look back on some of the projects we've worked on this year. The Beehives, Bobs and Blow-dries exhibition by @andrew_barton_hair was one of our favourites. This is from the official exhibition collection 📷@ramshergill

The components of a Langstroth Hive... .
•The Top or Outer cover typically has a metal top and is called a Telescoping Cover. .
•The Supers (or boxes) come in deep or medium, 8 or ten frame. I use all mediums because I’m a petite little midget and they are easier to handle. Plus it makes all my equipment interchangeable. .
•I use foundation-less frames for my honey supers and beeswax foundation frames for my brood boxes. Some use plastic foundation frames but I love honey on the comb too much for that. .
• Bottom Boards- I use screened bottom boards to control moisture, heat and help manage mites via a sticky board. .
•I don’t buy stands. Some of my hives stand on homemade “tables” others are propped on cement blocks.
. >>Scroll for IRL pics. Sorry my hive is dirty ;) .

According to Mary Katrantzou, the designer behind this look, Beyoncé’s coat has the 54 countries of Africa mapped out and on each country, there is a different embroidery representing the diversity of the continent. Can you see the map of your country or better yet which countries map can you see from this angle This is great work! @beyonce @marykatrantzou @glblctzn
