Hi hello wasgud peepz🧤
Les do some sirius talk for once (I'll stop writing like this, promise. 😂) My favorite season of the year is upon us and I can't wait - which also means I start becoming sentimental and rethink a lot of things that happend throughout the year. And to be honest, this year was a real good one -
Traveled a lot, got my certification, went to my first ever festival, not really living at home anymore, started school to finally get the last bit done and wore a Dirndl.
Seems like there is nothing to worry about, I guess.
Yet, ofc, there always is - if you find something to worry about at least (which you sure af will, when you try to find something)
And that's why I wanted to talk a little.
It is so easy to forget what you have accomplished and be hard on yourself thinking about what you havent managed yet.
BUT there always will be things we still have to work on or gotta get done.
That's life; you accomplish one thing and the next thing is already waiting - without challenges we can't evolve and grow. It kinda has to be this way. That's nature. That's evolution. Humans simply tend to think in an unnatural way: It has got to be perfect or it isn't good enough - 'perfect' is a human construction, it isn't approachable, and that's what causes our doubts, thoughts about not being good enough and frustration.
Yet, when I think about it, it is perfect as is; you get stuff done, then there still are things that await you.
Change is everlasting. There won't ever be a moment in life where there is nothing to work on. And that's good! - That's our chance to learn, broaden our horizons and live life, nothing to be mad about.
Stagnation isn't desirable, it's the biggest enemy we can come across.
Long story short; next time you are sad about what you haven't got done yet or still have problems with..be proud of yourself for what you already have accomplished and happy about the lessons you yet have to live through.
Let's not be hard on ourselves, be kind and loving, all of us deserve it❣
Monday morning thoughts 🌱
I’m quite excited for this week as I’m having several meetings and emails with people who are potentially going to help with the next step in this journey of life. I’ve been listening to a lot of podcasts recently which have been inspiring me to keep making the changes needed to keep evolving in this world. It’s easy to get caught up in victim mentality when it feels like things are always negative, like not having much money or not being in a job you enjoy, but actually we are the only people that are in control of that. We have to make a change in order for things to be different in the future. This is what I keep telling myself whenever I have doubts about my future plans. There has to be a change in order to get to somewhere that you currently aren’t. It’s scary and exciting at the same time.
How is everyone else feeling this morning ☀️
This is so bloody true 🙌 It's incredible how powerful our mind is! for example, when it's that time of the month and I'm feeling tired, grumpy, bloated and emotional... I wake up in the morning and see my bloated stomach and instantly feel shit and begin to put myself down in my own head all day long 👎 whereas if I remind myself that this is just temporary, it happens every month, I know I will feel 'normal' again in a couple of days... my days would probably be a whole lot more positive. In saying that, I've really been focusing on my relationship with food the past two weeks, as soon as I eat something that is not part of the 'diet' I remind myself that it's okay to live and enjoy myself in moderation and it's actually been working 👌 Those negative thoughts still creep in when I feel like my world is ending because I ate some chocolate, but I'm actually managing to push them away just as quick. Here's to positive thoughts 🥂
Yet another banger of a weekend! Would you believe all of these babes I knew through Instagram before meeting them in real life, and when we actually caught up in real life we stuck to each other like a honey and butter sandwich.
This weekend was filled with laughter, tears, love, alcohol and food. And the best part is that I get paid through my business to live this lifestyle and to create friendships through social media and invest my time and heart into other women.
This time last year if you were to tell me I would have at least a hundred new girlfriends and we would travel internationally together and party together I would tell you you would be joking. Beyond grateful for the universe not letting me settle in life.
Obsessed with high protein, low carb meals atm! Salad and meat are my absolute go tos when I’m in a rush, but also because I’m working so hard physically I really need to make sure I’m getting enough protein and calories to keep me going 🙌🏻
