I spent over a decade with poor health habits - ended up obese, diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, anxiety, depression, borderline agoraphobia.
A lack of education, my environment & models along with a series of past experiences that I had taken on negative emotions and limiting beliefs that were unconsciously producing behaviours from a place of low self worth and self hatred is how I ended up there.
I tried and failed every diet and quick fix available, the changes happened once I took personal responsibility and began to educate myself on health, when I taught myself to cook with whole foods, when I started reading books to learn about willpower and how to change my habits, when I stopped seeking instant gratification.
When you view your health as something that's always a priority and a part of your life and something you value highly that you continue to educate yourself and improve over time you'll stop looking for that one time magic fix.
Ive been passionate about health education since my transformation and Im super excited about what's to come because I've recently teamed up with some of Australia's leading entrepreneurs in the health space and we are bringing next level health education to people around the globe.

What muscle group is your favorite to train There's so many of them to pick from, and we all have our favorites. .
I'm all about diversity.. so my favorites have to be back and shoulders.. there's just so many exercises you can do for them, and it never gets boring that way! .
That doesn't mean we skip muscle groups though.. I train the muscle groups that I feel are lacking twice a week, and the rest at least once. That way I can keep the balance, and control the symmetry that i want. 🙏🏻 I completely transformed my body composition that way.
