I’ve been hearing about banana pancakes and decided to give it a whirl, pretty not bad 😛 
Here’s what I did:
2 bananas-very ripe 
2 eggs
I cup oatmeal, put in food processor (blender would also work) for a couple minutes to make it more “flour” like. 
Pinch or two of baking soda
Splash of vanilla 
Pinch of cinnamon 
Sprinkle of Cacao Nibs or chocolate chips, totally optional. 
Mash the bananas first then add in the rest of ingredients.
Cook for a couple minutes on each side. 
I topped with peanut butter and maple syrup.

Esta mañana desayuné esto. La receta ya es super popular, sobre todo entre la gente fit y seguro ya la han leído e incluso preparado varias veces. Pero bueehhh, un post de #oatmealpancakes más para el internet.
Las porciones son para 6-7 hotcakes aprox.
Va: 🔹️INGREDIENTES🔹️
-3/4 de taza de avena -1/2 taza de leche, agua o "leche" vegetal (almendra, coco, soya..) -1/2 plátano - 1 sobre de splenda -1 huevo -1 pizca de canela -1 chorrito de concentrado de vainilla -1 cucharadita de baking soda/bicarbonato (opcional, si los quieres más esponjositos) 🔹️PREPARACIÓN🔹️
1. Coloca todos los ingredientes en tu licuadora o procesador de alimentos y bate hasta lograr la consistencia deseada. Puedes ir agregando más avena o líquido, pero yo recomiendo utilizar la mezcla espesita, porque si no, les saldrán como crepas 🤧 #beenthere #donethat

2. Cocina como los hotcakes regulares; en un sartén o plancha a fuego medio-bajo, hasta que observes que se "resecan" y se forman las burbujitas y voltéalos.

3. Decora a tu gusto. 
En esta ocasión yo usé para algunos miel de maple y para otros, jarabe de mora azul y kiwi. 
Y claro que mi latte diario no puede faltar 🤤

Homemade banana bread granola🙌
If you want your house to smell just like banana bread try this simple recipe.
It's pretty rad!!!😁 Ingredients
 3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ripe banana mashed

Mix oats, cinnamon, salt and nuts together.
In a small pan warm coconut oil, maple syrup,mashed banana and vanilla over medium heat. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture onto banking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and toss just a bit. Cool completely on the baking sheet.

I’ve been on a kick with overnight oats. Super simple to make and you can add pretty much whatever you’d like to your oats. This time around I added apples, walnuts and cinnamon. Yum!

Chia seeds are an excellent source of Omega3 fatty acids, they provide fiber, calcium and iron. Also rich in antioxidants. 
Puddings are super easy to make! Thats why I love to have it whenever I fancy some snack in between my meals or as a breakfast.
This one is greek yogurt/almond milk with strawberry,banana, kiwi purée and frozen blueberries👌🏼 #chiapudding

Hallo meine lieben ♥ ich weiss garnicht warum ich bislang so eine Angst bzw. Respekt davor hatte, Marmelade selber einzukochen🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️gerade bei meinen Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten und Histaminintoleranz eine ganz tolle Sache. 💃 Ausgebremst durch die Citronensäure im Gelierzucker habe ich mit Einmachzucker und der Gelierprobe gearbeitet 😍und das ging wahrlich ganz einfach und schnell.
- 500 gr. Obst nach belieben, gewaschen und klein geschnitten🔪
- 500 gr. Einmachzucker
- alles in einem großen Topf zum Kochen bringen und ständig mit einem Holzlöffel 🥄 umrühren, bis es gelierflüssig wird
- zur Probe ob die Marmelade gut ist, einen Teelöffel🥄 von der heissen Marmelade auf einen im Kühlschrank gekühlten Teller geben und wenn es nicht mehr verläuft (siehe Video) ist die Marmelade fertig und kann in die vorher sterilisierten Gläser (entweder kurz in kochendes Wasser und an der Luft trocknen oder bei 120 Grad Ober und Unterhitze für 10 min. in den Backofen) befüllt werden und ab damit auf dem Kopf stehend in den Kühlschrank 😁 Schmeckt sowas von genial, ohne Zusätze und gemacht wie bei Omma damals 💖👵
