One of the most profound lessons I've ever learned was that I have a tool within myself to overcome any amount of stress. Years of searching for quick fixes and solutions outside myself to ease discomfort and become a more optimistic, centered person lead me to yoga. Yoga lead me back to myself. 🙏
Yoga teaches us about the importance of paying attention to our breath and using that breath to tap into a place of calm, released tension and relaxed muscles.
In yoga and in life, we have opportunities again and again to witness the power of noticing what is happening in our bodies and making our breath more mindful and intentional.
Discovering this connection felt like I finally had what I needed, along with the realization that it was within me all along. Using what I've learned in yoga I'm able to bring myself back to the present moment, with relaxed shoulders and a relaxed jaw and a relaxed pelvic floor; all with the power of my breath.
Tension and anxiety cannot live in the present moment, IF we are truly in the present moment. Allow Libby to guide you into your body and into your breath to realize you've already got the tools within you too by clicking the link in our bio.

Possibly not the most interesting photo on this grid OR the most interesting work view (fyi I’m awfully fond of my view, watching the seasons change); but it does signify that I’m back in the studio after a much needed rest.
It was a quiet work of contemplation and recharging of the spirit as well as the body.
I find myself without a lot to say, for once but I’m pleased to be back in this warm little studio. I’ve had a nap on the table already today, which is a promise I’ve made myself, to recharge when I can, so I can be ‘present’ in my work - plus not gonna lie, I love the nap life.
Now, what did I miss
Wonderful Wednesday... Today's Posting... Wall or Bridge... "You are the architect of your life.
Every second brings a fresh start.
Every hour holds a new opportunity.
Every day is what you choose to create.
Yes, there will be stones in your path along the way.
It depends on what you make with them.
You can create a wall or a bridge." ~ Kerry McClure - Practical Wellness
What are you choosing to build in your life today

Note to self: just breathe.
Life is on overwhelm sometimes, and it can be easy to get caught up and sucked in.
There's a lot going on to make us all feel just a little bit crazy.
The constant news cycle of disasters and politics and plagues and crime... And I don't watch the news, I haven't for over a decade.
Still it is impossible not to see and hear and know... Add to that all of our own personal struggles and well...it's no wonder we're all feeling just a little bit out of sorts.
But friends...we don't have to solve all the world's problems today, and we don't have to do it alone.
One day at a time, one breath at a time...we can make a positive impact, and we can tackle All. The. Things. Life throws our way... if we just remember to breathe... Just...breathe... #JustBreathe #beattheoverwhelm #youvegotthis #notetoself #breathe #findyourjoy #livethelifeyoulove #lovethelifeyoulive
everything you are
you are enough
everything you fear
you are not
you are loved
and the whole wide world all about you would tell you with its every breath. ...
121 yoga session & Nidra yoga
Had my 1st 121 yoga & Yoga Nidra yoga with my good freind Abi. .
For me to give out so much healing, love, kindness and energy in my treatments i know there has to be times of rest, self healing and self development. Yoga is normally my go to, however big classes tend to freek my out, and starting this journey with balanced within therapies, iv slightly fell away from my yoga. Chatting to a dear freind on what my problems were, time being one, what i can do to improve my posture, my own aches and pains and core between clients etc and so happy i did.
Abi tailor made a yoga routine for me, which we did togther. I learnt more in this 121 about my body, having slight hyper mobility, which I knew but most importantly what to do the stregthen arms knees during yoga. My breathe learning the correct way to flow while using the breathe. Making me react more positively towards yoga, the shyness was gone and confidence flourished.
The Nidra yoga was superb! Iv never experienced it before and was eager to try. Being a mother and now having my wonderful spaces here a Subzero i relish in peaceful and tranquil times. Nidra is all of that, i drifted into a nice zone and surprisingly feeling increasingly revitalised. Supposedly 20 mins of Nidra is like same amount of re charge you can get in few hours sleep. Everyone should try !
Feeling completely positive, relaxed, energised and re balanced!
Highly recommend anyone on my Instagram and Facebook go try!
Thank you Abi

What if we felt safe enough to share what’s really going on
Shame loses its power when it’s brought out into the open.
Imagine how much space we open up in our lives when energy is no longer used to hide what’s really going on. ✨
I’m on my way back to the UK after a wonderfully warm and sunny week in Colombia sharing Breathwork as part of the @mangeldaretreats team. All our sessions were outside by the ocean, breathing to the sounds of the wind and waves and sometimes under the stars - it was magical! Colombia is a very special place to be doing this work - I’ll be back thats for sure! 🙏
Big thank you to the rest of the @mangeldaretreats team and teachers for creating such a safe and healing space on this island paradise 🌴 ☀️ 🌊
I’ll being bringing the Colombian sunshine to a couple of festivals this weekend. This Friday and Saturday I will be at @livewellevents and on Sunday at @thrivefestival.ie for my first Dublin appearance! Come say hi and have a breathe! 🤗
Feeling dysregulated or triggered can be incredible scary, overwhelming and leave us feeling like we are in the open ocean in middle of a storm at the mercy of the waves. We will do anything to avoid this sort of powerless experience including isolating or looking for external things to give us some semblance of safety. ⠀
Healing looks like learning to sink down to the depths of the ocean below the storm where there is no massive waves or current but instead, steady calm, peace and safety. And then, we are safe no matter what life's circumstances bring our way. ⠀
Begin with the steps in this post. Healing happens moment by moment, and in this case one regulating experience at a time. Take one today. ⠀
PS...if you have felt out of control for far too long, if you've noticed you feel powerless to being triggered and are finding yourself stuck in this patterning and are ready to heal the root of the problem so that you relationships and life as a whole is much of what you are wanting, click on the link in my bio @sarahbcoaching to sign up for a complimentary consult to learn about my three month individual package. I'd love to meet you!
I’ve been getting up before dawn so often these days. Less often than a few months back but still. I think a part of me yearns to watch the sunrise, to see the new day and watch the beauty it holds. To realize we have the chance to start anew each and every day 🌅
At this time of day there’s something special in the air, an aliveness unlike any other time of day. The birds are awake and active, but so much of the world is sleeping.
When’s the last time you witnessed the sunrise
What’s your favorite place to go camping Would you camp in this mountain paradise I don’t have to because I get to live here! This is my full hook-up camper pad that the original owner built near my house. Water, electrical, septic, and even propane. I still can’t believe this is real life.
I really enjoyed speaking with Pamela Lansky, MA, RCC, and Iona Monk, MA, RCC, of the Relationship Dish Podcast about anger, men, and relationships. Check out their podcast at www.relationshipdish.com. #relationship #anger #mensmentalhealth
