 #whipped it up in the kitchen tonight forreal, even if i totally burnt my brussels🙃still fire

TRUFFLE BRUSSELS
- take a huge handful of brussels sprouts, chop the ends off, & cut them into 4ths
- lightly steam/microwave for 3 minutes
- remove, let cool, & mix with 1 tbsp truffle balsamic glaze, 1 pitted & chopped medjool date, + s&p to taste
- air fry @ 400° for roughly 5 min (i did 7-8 & it was too long so do less if you don’t wanna burn em like me) 
POTATOES
- slice 1/2 large potato into 1-2 cm thick circles - steam for 5 minutes or until tender - fry in lots of avocado oil, fresh garlic, onion salt, & pepper until they’re super crispy 
SALMON
- cook a piece of salmon over medium heat in a @lodgecastiron skillet in lots of avocado oil & seasonings for maximum flavor & crispiness 
DILL SAUCE
- 1 container plain @siggisdairy or yogurt of choice + 1/4 cup tahini @soomfoods + 2 cloves garlic, chopped + 1/2 cup fresh dill + juice of 1 lemon + s&p to taste. blend in @vitamix until smooth & store in the fridge for up to one week! super good on any type of meat, fish, salad, vegetable, etc.

then i added some artichoke hearts bc im obsessed with them rn. also a psa that this meal was brought to you by a lot @chosenfoods avocado oil!! which is cool because i used as much oil as i needed for flavor & to keep things from sticking...rather than meticulously measuring it out before & limiting myself to a tsp like i have in the past. it’s the little things to be proud of sometimes. happy tuesday💗☺️
