During your busy workweek, it can feel like there is no reprieve from all of the things that you need to constantly get done. When you are always hustling just to keep up with your daily tasks at work and home, you can tend to get quite stressed. However, learning how to unwind after a stressful day can be a great way for you to find a much more enjoyable lifestyle.
1) Aromatherapy is a great way to really unwind after a long work day . Purchasing a diffuser and some essential oils will be a great investment that will help the stress of the day just fade away after you have been bombarded by all of your tasks
2) Hitting the gym is a great way to get your blood pumping and forget about all of the stress of the day. Natural endorphins are released when you work out on a regular basis. Even if you feel like the stress of your work just won’t go away, you will be surprised when you start going hard at the gym how your stress just starts to fade away.
3) It is amazing how your favorite music can just help you forget about all of the stress you were feeling that day. It is important to get up and start moving when you put your favorite music on! Feeling this newfound energy will allow you to push through the stress and start to relax. You can also find a great deal of relief from kicking back in your favorite chair and putting on some very relaxing music.
4) Have your favourite cup of coffee in the morning before you start the day

Who loves geranium 🙋🏽♀️The Green Fingers soap is formulated to cleanse and exfoliate the body. The fine pumice will leave your skin feeling polished, while geranium and sweet orange essential oils give a botanical boost. This soap smells like a freshly picked rose. 🌹🌹I’ll be posting some behind the scenes of making this soap in my stories now. So many super ingredients including moringa powder for that amazing hue. Did you know this recipe was inspired by the song Greensleeves. It’s said that it was written by Henry VIII. I’ve always been fascinated by him. What a character! Haha
During colder months, the skin has a tendency to become dry. Colder temperatures and harsh winds can draw moisture from the skin, leaving the skin dry and this can lead to flaking. Removing dead skin cells by exfoliating promotes cell renewal and also preps your skin for moisture.🌱🌱

S U M M E R 2 0 1 9.
This was the first day I had managed to go out around other people in more than two months without suffering a severe panic attack even though every part of me wanted to run.
Last summer I was the most broken I have ever been.
I could barely function on the most basic of levels and some days I wasn’t sure I’d survive until the next.
Some days my goal was to eat something. Sometimes it was to wash my hair, not stay sitting in the car when I got to the shop being frozen to the spot in fear. To say hello to one person.
Internally my mental health was in tatters and I was so physically unwell with it. There was nothing in me that didn’t hurt.
I put mechanisms in place to get me from one hour to the next then slowly over time it got easier to get from one day to the next, and then one week to the next until I fell in love with life again.
What I didn’t know at the time standing here in this beautiful spot was that I wasn’t done. This pain too would pass. All I had to do was one thing at a time. I had to be selfish and protect my bubble until I was strong enough for more.
If you feel like you’re in a bad place and it won’t get better.
Please hold on.
You deserve to be here.
You deserve all the good things and all the love and all the adventures. You do. More than you’ll ever know.
There is help, it can be hard to find but it’s there. You can do things any way you need to. You can write the next chapter and if you need someone to help you please ask. Whatever you need. I’m here. People will always help you....all you have to do is tell them how.
