Here's some weekly weigh in templates, as promised! ❤️❤️❤️
Feel free to save a copy for your weigh in posts! Just please don't crop out my handle 😅
I've been asked by a few people before on how to edit the imagine once they've taken a screenshot. After that, if your don't want to download a separate app, you can edit right in IG stories by adding on text there. Or, if you prefer more options for fonts, you can use an editing app like PhotoGrid or Pic Collage 😊 Let me know if you have any questions!
Nothing is sweeter than sharing a refreshing treat with your besties by the beach! 🍹😎☀️ 📸 @organicauthority
Day 19, Meal 2. 411 calories. Thank god this is the last of Friday nights leftovers haha. Did another hour on the elliptical. Might weigh in tomorrow, but scared since it’s that special time of the month 🙄🔴
That’s my first two completed and I can’t believe I haven’t had a wobble! I’ve checked in so just waiting to find out if I need to make any tweaks to my calories and macros but I’m looking forward to the next two weeks and more new lows!
The ease and flexibility of the last couple of weeks gives me the confidence that I can maintain this way of eating long term and I’m looking forward to what the future is going to bring
It’s check-in night with @munro_fitness so that means is treat night - right
But what if your cheat night means your you still finishing your day in your calorie range, 20g over your fibre goal and just over your protein goal!
Yep, that right. Pizza and sweet chilli chicken for tea ( the chicken to hep me hit my protein obvs 😂) 👉for calories and macros
I know this may upset a lot of Joe Wicks Fans..
But F**K it let’s go with it.
Obvs one is far more nutrient dense than the other.
That’s not my point, it’s that why on earth do we feel guilty about eating the one on the right and not the left
Having guilt associated with food is a problem in itself.
Why are we all programmed to behave this way with nutrition
There is no such thing as good foods and bad foods.
It’s just the "food" we really like is EASY to over consume.
Plus Buttons smashed on Sourdough taste like shit!
If you are looking for some help with your nutrition drop me a message.
I picked up these cheez it gripz when I was at Walmart last week as an easy snack to throw in my school bag.
These things were interesting! 😅
I wasn't expecting them to be so small.. like 1/4 of a bite size 😂 I definitely don't think it's meant to be poured in the hand and eaten, but poured straight from the bag into your mouth lol
It's not as simple as calories in vs calories out like everyone seems to be telling us.
Yes it's true but it's like me telling you that to be a millionaire you have to make altnof money.
We have to look at an individuals background and emotions that are connected to food.
We need to look at a person's response to stress and certain situations. Food is very emotional and our responses can dictate the way we eat.
At Origin we look a bit more in depth to the reasons why people eat and then come up with a realistic and sustainable approach to change, if required. -

More and more slimming world cunts appearing. There is no such thing as a “syn” or “free food”. With the power of social media these days and people like @thefitnesschef_ @martinnutrition @jamessmithpt educating the world. How are people still buying into shitty fad diets.
