It is interesting from where you drawn sometimes the motivation - even if you got such a bad day, looking forward and just do your work in the gym. Afterwards you feeling facilitated and you know it was the right way, still with less motivation to succeed your exercises. A intensive, strong sleep phase is the cornerstone for a good training. If you had experienced a bad sleep phase, your mood is scratched and it is deeply hard to find motivation. So, give your body a full recovery to earn new power, energy and endurance. Bulking and why people who want to gain muscle should do it

A bulk is just creating a calorie surplus to gain weight. This weight can be mostly fat or a mix of fat and muscle. Depending on your body type and what your metabolism looks like, you may gain more muscle through a bulk than others.

Now the benefits of a bulk, other gaining muscle (which is the goal for most) you see a dramatic increase in strength, how come? Simply because of the fact that the heavier you are, the more weight you can lift, push, pull ect. This is great for powerlifters or even ego lifters, because that is their goal. To be the strongest, that's not my goal, though its nice to be strong, I'd rather look good.

Als Variation zu den Fliegenden am Kabelzug oder mit den Kruzhanteln mache ich auch gerne die Übung am Gerät.
-
Der Vorteil liegt hier bei der Übung vorwiegend darin, dass ich hier richtig schön in die Vordehnung kann, um dann schön aus der Brust raus zu arbeiten.
-
Ich achte dabei, dass die Arme möglichst gestreckt sind mit einer leichten Beugung im Ellenbogen.
Diese leichte Beugung bleibt während dem kompletten Satzes konstant, da der Kraftimpuls aus der Brust geschieht und eine Beugung während der Übung eher die Arbeit aus der Brust verringern würde.

Und da der Arm nur aös Verlängerung des Kraftimpulses aus der Brust wirken sollte, gebe ich die Kraft über die Handmitte an das Gerät weiter und versuche dabei die Hände offen zu lassen.
Durch das Offenlassen der Hände minimiere ich zudem die Arbeit aus der Unterarmen und generiere bei dieser Übung eine höhere Endkontraktion als mit geschlossenen Händen.

Zudem neigen wir durch das Schliessen der Hände meistens dazu die Übung einfach auszuführen, anstatt uns in den Zielmuskel reinzufühlen und aus diesem raus zu arbeiten.

I my self am still trying to figure out what works for me. Because we walk on our legs all day and push off our feet with our Calve muscles need a lot of stimulation, volume and reps to get them fired up. I have not gone to gym since the move (which was about a month ago) as I now stay further away. When I went back today I realised 2 things: 
1. My calves are looking great because of all the running and climbing.

2. I still weight 54kgs because I have been watching my diet. 
Miss the gym but happy to see my body is still progressing on the fitness scale 💪

So I gave her one of my favourite names - Apolonia (first one in a first picture). A day or a few after that, another calf was born, another female. This time Morten was picking the name and since then a cow nr 0691 carries the name Joanna. Another calf was born literally on the next day and again I was asked to name her. So often the hardest thing about training is actually GETTING STARTED.. Go to gym, warm up and just start... Try to complete this circuit >➡️powler push. An excellent tool for fat loss and strengthen your calves and thighs, then➡️100m sprint➡️split squats➡️ Frog jumps and car wheel➡️Press your hip to the front. You won’t be able to move down very far but will target your hamstrings more because you are not arching your back when pulling back➡️ Tarzan➡️ core workout ➡️ Push up until you fall flat on your face
