Form update couple days ago @ 74.0kg 🥳 But my body weight is only at this number if I ate less the evening before. So it‘s not my general „wake up shape“, too. #reality But I very like it anyway. I would say that’s my best form so far at 74kg, yes it is! 🧡 #bestshape
Ich merke, dass ich im Moment einfach die beste Form habe. Mal ein Kilo mehr, mal eins weniger. Vor dem Bild wog ich glatte 74kg (paar Tage her). Nicht jeden Morgen sehe ich so aus, das nur mal am Rande gesagt. Das tut im übrigen kaum jemand! Je nachdem was man die Tage oder den Vorabend so isst, schwankt auch das Optische. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, dennoch versuche ich auf knapp unter 74kg vor der Deutschen zukommen und den Rest regel ich nun durch einen kleinen Watercut ein paar Tage vorher und dann sollten meine glatten 72kg kein Problem mehr sein. 🧡

Wednesday was all out war with the weights and it’s tough to say who won haha
I’ve been really getting into sumo deadlifts the past few weeks and rotating them into my hamstrings and glutes focused leg workout on Wednesdays.
I never usually do these as I typically do conventional deadlifts with a shoulder width stance on back day.
However, I’ve been experimenting with different foot positions and found a stance that enabled me to initiate with the hamstrings and glutes creating maximum tension there, to make them the primary movers and very little tension in the back.
I supersetted the sumo deadlifts with angled leg press in a high and wide foot position and glute/ham raises kneeling on the seat of the lat pull down.
I performed 5 supersets of 6-10 reps with heavy weight sumo deadlifts, leg press 20 reps with heavy weight and torched the hams with 10 reps of body weight glute/ham raises.
This combo is super effective and a must try if you are trying to improve your glutes and hamstrings.

Our babes are doing great! Jughead loves to eat feed them rub his nose on me! They are fun to be around but they are getting so big! I wish they could stay this size forever but I’m glad they are healthy and happy!

This is probably the oldest leg progress picture I have... You have to grind to build real wheels. I hit all time prs today, 3 plates and a quarter for 12 and 9, along with DB RDLs with the 80s for 20 and 10.. I was gassed. After the top sets on Hack squats I dropset from 3 plates to 2 and a quarter, to 2, and was fried. I did 3 for 22, then 18, then absolute failure with 2 plates.. This picture was around the time I decided I wanted real full body development.. And I'm still chasing it.
