Do you enjoy local theatre Ephrata Performing Arts Center’s Kids4Kids shows are just as professional as their mainstage productions and have no problem selling out!
. ➡️ Just like this photo, my #UpStaged review of @epac_theater’s @disney's "Frozen Jr.” can't fit everything in. The column inches I’m allowed sadly leave some things out. Here's a teaser of Wednesday’s review (found in The Ephrata Review and Lititz Record Express) followed by a few notes that didn't make it into print. Congratulations everyone on a superb show!
. ➡️ “Under the familiar and expert direction of Irving I. Gonzalez the Sharadin Bigler stage transformed into Arendelle, home of the sisters Anna (Zoe Martin) and Elsa (Amelia Ritrievi) made famous by the Disney animated film ‘Frozen.’ Their story is well-known by now, and the junior edition of the musical based on the movie follows the same path. The young sisters are separated by Elsa’s magical powers, lose their parents (CJ Myers and Lily Montgomery), and face a struggle only fixed by an act of true love.
In the end, Arendelle is safe and happy. Being surprised by a confetti canon made it easier to hop up into a standing ovation, not that the crowd needed encouragement after witnessing a moving and spirited show delivered by a cast of talented and hardworking thespians in the making.”
. 🎭 Show starts with impressive timing.
🎭 Dedication of cast is evident from the very beginning.
🎭 A magical amount of synthetic snow makes the stage glitter.
🎭 Moving set pieces allow for open stage and minimal distraction.
🎭 Lack of projection a plus.
🎭 Impressive lighting, best of any K4K show so far.
🎭 Sound issues … again.
🎭 Shortest second act ever

GIRL, STOP 🛑 I’ve been reading “girl, stop apologizing” by Rachel Hollis. Raise your hand if you’ve read any of her books 📚 .
I just finished a chapter all about not apologizing. And it got me thinking 🤔 what am I not sorry for....so I’m gonna share it with y’all! .
1) I am not sorry for choosing happiness and getting a divorce. And in that same regards...I am not sorry for being selfish....for probably the first time in my life, and doing what I needed to do to be happy and fulfilled.
2) I am not sorry for enjoying my time away from my kids. I love my kids. But I also love myself. And I have hobbies, some of which I had prior to having children. I didn’t lose those just because I became a mom. And I’m enjoying BATH 🛀 TIME! And reading again! And getting back to me! .
3) I’m not sorry for being myself. I’m not sorry for my determination and drive. Or how I carry myself. I’m not sorry for my confidence. I will never apologize for who I am ♥️
What are you not sorry for
