PB Dips 70kg 1RM!!💪🏾. Press exersices has always have been easy for me, it seems as I dont need to push as hard as I need on legs or pulls in order to get the same weight increase.

For the dips and my militarypress/shoulderpress I worked my self up towards heavier weights/lower reps until I reached a 1RM (1 Rep max). 1. Dips = PB at 70kg (previous PB 3x50kg). 2. Militarypress= PB at 65kg (fail at 67.5kg). 3. Then I did some build-up sets for strength on the dumbbell press flat bench and end up doing 3 reps with 45kg. Also a new PB since I never lifted heavier than 42.5kg.

4-5. Then I wrapped it up with some fun technical handstand practice, using the parallel bars and using a wall... I was pretty fatigued at this point so there's nothing beautiful to it.

These are movements that work the all back and bicep muscles, but are primarily focused on the lats and lower traps. The first type of this exercise that we are going to look at is a Pull Up. This is different from a chin up, as the hands are wider apart and you take an overhand grip. If you want a strong back then this exercise is a absolute must.

The added benefit of a pull up is that because you are not supported by a machine your core is forced to become heavily involved, meaning that it’s control is greatly improved by this exercise.

*** Horizontal Pressing Week ***
Narrow Grip Bench Press 
Today press is a much more tricep dominant style of lift: a Narrow Grip Bench Press. This press almost completely takes the chest and shoulders out of the equation due to the angle of your elbows meaning that no horizontal Flexion (the movement produced by your chest) is occurring. This makes this a great way to develop tricep strength to assist with other lifts or to build muscle.

Lets take a look at some of the specific benefits of this kind of press and some of the cues you should use to the most out of them.

Benefits:
- Increases load on the triceps.
- Develops the lock out strength on your pressing exercises.
- Less strain is placed on the elbow joint.
- Ability to isolate the triceps.

Cues:
- Grip narrower than shoulder width.
- Bar above mid chest.
- Feet under knees.
- Tight core and glutes.
- Pull the bar down don’t just let it drop, keeping elbows pressed into your sides as you do.
- Pull your shoulders together and down towards your butt throughout the lift
