6 Months back doing this asana WAS PAINFUL ! My laburm tear on my right shoulder didnt allow me to day ANYTHING! It was fustrating and tiresome. 
1. Not to go ahead in my fitness joureny like i could. 
2. The physical pain of my shoulder was intense.

I was just so annoyed at my self and my injury! But you know what finding that balance of not doing anything to working solely on strengtheining the shoulde doing the boring physiotherapy helped. Yoga helped me get my ass out of my own butt and made me stop feeling sorry about myself and made me start actually start taking measures TO GET BETTER! again, i cant do all the stuff like i used to but its getting better. TO DO THIS here now its better.

In time EVERYTHING gets better you must just have to put in the work, thats all!
