1. Do compound lifts at the beginning. Dips, Pullups, Benchpress, Military Press
They let the main muscles grow but also your arms.
2. Burn it out.
Use dropsets or supersets for extra burn in your arms.
3. Dont forget the tricep.
Many guys are curling all day but they forget the importance of the tricep that is two parts of your arm. Your bicep is only one.
4. Try something new
Dont use every workout the same weights and excercises. With new excercises and variations you get the perfect charming for growth.
