It's a valued currency. It allows us to create bonds of trust, it gives us insights into what others may be feeling or thinking, it helps us understand how or why others are reacting to situations, it sharpen our" people accumen" and it informs our decision.

Yes, increasingly, the topic of empathy is encroaching on the business world. We are now even seing terms such as " emapthy marketing" and emathy selling". Same thing in closing your clients, you need to have deep empathy with every single client to identify their real problems and solve them by the end.
