Meal prep for the next 2 weeks of lunch for my boyfriend! Chili is an excellent food to make & freeze - mine has pinto beans, black beans, and tofu so its packed full of protein and is full of all the veggies! Curries can also be made & frozen - mine has tofu and chickpeas combined for twice the protein power. Lots of Kcals for weight gain and muscle maintenance!
Chicken katsu at Epcot. Can’t get enough of Japanese food, it’s just so good!
This was nice and we shared between two, wouldn’t mind going back but our local Japanese place tops it. Good for us in the long run I guess!

Tikka Masala for the win. I love the deep flavors of this curry! It was adapted from a Pioneer Woman recipe to be Whole 30....minus the rice. 😬 This was supposed to be with cauli rice, but we were hungry and decided to do rice instead. ✨ I hate that I feel the need to justify the rice...I’m not following any hard and fast rules on this page. You’ll see good food here. Sometimes it’ll be Paleo and sometimes it will be full of butter and carbs. I like both ways of eating.
