Mr 7 going on 15 also absolutely loved exploring the black sands of Raglan beach. He loved running alongside Daddy, making tracks in the sand, running down the dunes and in and out of the waves with his little brother. Seeing horses training in the sand fascinated him too. What I loved was watching him soak up everything this outting had for him. He also hung on our every word trying this and learning. Being eager to learn and get the most out of new experiences is how we should approach all new adventures in life. He came away with a whole set of new skills and learnings he would never have gotten if he’d been closed off and negative. Not willing to put down his tablet and come out. Kids often are more open to learning and having a go than some adults. Try and be more kid like in your approach to life and see how much more you will learn and experience in your life. #minsetcoach #personalgrowth #wordstoliveby #lifejourney #healthcoach #lifecoach #dayatthebeach #blacksandbeach #raglanbeach #learnfromlife #learn #personaldevelopment #personaldevelopmentcoach
7. Bring a blanket and beach umbrella.
This is to keep baby cool and contained at the beach. This is especially handy to contain new crawlers and babies who put everything, including sand and rocks, in their mouth.
8. Keep it brief.
This is to keep crankiness at a minimum. A shorter beach trip also means toting less stuff.
9. Bring a small fan.
If it’s not a windy day down by the shore, connect a battery-powered mini-clip fan to your umbrella. You could also use a rechargeable fan. This will help keep your baby’s body temperature down and give everybody a break from the heat.
10. Create a sensory experience. The beach offers lots of things for baby to touch and explore. Shells and rocks have interesting textures and colors (choose larger items and provide plenty of supervision to avoid a choking hazard). Pour some water on the sand so your little one can feel the difference between wet and dry sand.
11. Share new words. Enrich baby’s vocabulary by pointing out boats, waves, umbrellas and everything else you see at the beach. Then write out the words in the sand.

"Every time I stand before a beautiful beach, its waves seem to whisper to me :if you choose the simple things and find joy in nature's simple treasures, life and living need not be so hard."

Auch eine Möglichkeit, sich bei low tide die Zeit zu vertreiben. Ein gelegentlicher Wechsel der Perspektive hat noch nie geschadet #lifeisbetteratthebeach
Also a way to spend time at low tide. An occasionally change of perspective is never a bad idea.
