Noniiin, kisaenkat se on itelle enemmän ku mitään😊 120kg (paransin 7,5kg)penkki joka tuotti kakkos paikan kisassa. Vedossa 195kg (paransin omaa tulosta 15kg) ja olin kolmas sarjassani vedossa. Deadlifts (anyone shocked?)
Rows in a machine. Did not like this one as much as the one with plates.
Calfraises with kettlebell for 50 reps and then 200 reps just bodyweight. 
And a few sets of left presses.

I pulled a pretty solid 190kg today. Did not expect that since I felt a hit sore in my back but 160 went up so easy so I tried with another yellow plate.

Hier on a testé un wod team of 4. Et ben, c'était vraiment trop cool! 
On a eu des soucis de synchronisation sur les premiers rounds mais on s'est améliorés au fur et à mesure 💪

Wod inventé de toute pièce, on a fait:

5 rounds ➡️ en duo mixte, 10 deadlift à 150 kg, synchro à 4!
➡️ 10 burpees facing the bar synchro ➡️ 10 Kb swing (32/24 kg) synchro
➡️ 10 box jump over/personne en alternance par genres. 
On a bien ri, on a renforcé la cohésion, et on ne s'est même pas engueulés 😂

I had a different plan for deadlifts this week, but we found ourselves in Wyoming, strugglin to find a gym & they only had a stiff bar w/o much knurling and mismatched plates. I decided that, instead of forcing the issue, it would be more productive to do lower intensity, higher volume trap bar deadlifts. 💪🏼 Since i am still working on achieving optimal leg drive at the initiation of my conventional pull, pumping out sets of 8 (without breaking form) of these trap bar deads felt GOOOOD. 👍🏽💯 .

I postponed my original plan for next week, when i am able to get my hands on better equipment. The positive about going lower intensity yesterday is that i will be in even better shape for squats on Sunday. 💯😎

The rest of my training this week as we make our way to Colorado: . . . 🔹 Bench Press: Triples at 225lbs.; . 🔹 Trap Bar Deadlifts: 365 x 8 . . I had a different plan for deadlifts this week, but we found ourselves in Wyoming, strugglin to find a gym & they only had a stiff bar w/o much knurling and mismatched plates.  Пробовал выступать в 🆕 для себя категории,но завесился с достаточно-таки посредственным весом (7️⃣8️⃣кг)😄

В июне этого года проходил Red Tower Total: получилось немного прибавить за прошедший год в приседе и становой 5 кг, но если в прошлом году тянул 190 чувствуя все свои связки, то в этом 195 зашло довольно легко. Впервые в жизни вытянул 2 своих веса! Следующая цель 200. Два центнера попробовал, но чувствую, что немного не тем тяну, а со становой кмк лучше не борщить)

Squats, by nature, are a quadricep-dominant exercise but the hamstrings and glutes are also active. However, certain adjustments can be made to focus more of the work onto the quadriceps. If you take a narrower stance with the feet hip-width apart, the hips aren’t able to flex as deeply and the thighs are forced to stop at 90 degrees or less. The reduced angle of the hips forces the work onto the quads limiting the action of the hamstring and glutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The standard squat stance with the feet slightly wider than shoulder-width automatically focuses work onto the hamstrings. The hamstrings are activated through hip extension, meaning they’re at their most active as you straighten your legs and extend your hips. The wider your stance is, the deeper your hips will flex, therefore, exaggerating hip extension and forcing your hamstrings to activate.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is HUGE!!!!! A goal I've strived to accomplish for so long and I finally did it.... I deadlifted 225lbs!!!! I could not be happier! The hard work pays off. It's crazy seeing my body adapt, being at a lower body fat % but also becoming stronger than ever before. .
Having a training program customized specifically to you makes all the difference. I've been working off of my own custom programming for months and the progress I've seen is fucking insane!! .
Trust the process and give it all you got! Invest in yourself and seek out help from people who have spent years learning and doing what you want to do. Everyone's journey is different. There's no rush, no timeline you need to abide by, and it's never too late! Love yourself, always! Life is too short to not live it feeling your best!! .

I'm also the girl in the uncoordinated #workoutgear who lost her shoes long ago because they weren't quite working for the #deadlift . Let's just say my sessions are wonderfully messy. Do try this. 7 reps of 7 exercises for 7 rounds. If you can do full handstand #pushups and full pullups, more power to you. I'm just over here wondering who sent @okilas_world to this #gym to try and kill me. .

Hit a nice 60lb PR yesterday and I’m still shook because I was definitely not expecting this. I came in with my mind fixed on 435-455 but doing a small deload had both those numbers fly. 🤷‍♂️
Training with friends has helped me dramatically (Seriously I was hoping to hit this at the end of the year not at the end of summer💀). 500 sounds insane but actually realistic now. 💪
Wish me and my team good luck as we full send squat and bench this Saturday to cap off our summer training!

Felt exhausted today, however ended up having a good workout 🏋🏻‍♀️

Here’s what I did this morning: 4 sets of each exercise! -
1️⃣ Elevated glute bridge x 12 
2️⃣Bulgarian split lunges x 12 (each leg)
3️⃣Banded knelt squats x 20 
4️⃣Barbell squats (increasing weight) x 12, 10, 8, 6
5️⃣Barbell hip thrusts, warm up weight x 20, (increasing weight) x 16, 12, 8 then drop set. 
6️⃣Deadlifts (increasing weight) 12, 10, 8, 6
