Briskets + beautiful views 😍 We’re in Grand Lake this weekend enjoying the BBQ 🍖 fest and soaking in Colorful Colorado! The leaves are changing in the mountains already and it’s so flipping beautiful! I wish I could live up here. I’m a mountain girl at heart ❤️ Oh well. Maybe one day 💁🏻♀️
Swipe to see the Buddha bowl I recreated for lunch from @minimalistbaker 😳😍 I added asparagus because it’s my favorite cooked in the oven 🤤 & I topped mine with @organicgirl herb goddess dressing because I’m not a fan of sweet sauces 😋

Take responsibility. It’s time we start growing up as a society. Stop pointing fingers. He said/she said, he did/she did. Whatever already. Grow up.
Traffic is another example of how people fail to take responsibility for their actions. If I beep at you, I am most likely letting you know that you’re about to crash into me and to #wakeup. We don’t have to take everything so personally. I don’t really need to respond to your middle finger and words coming out the window nor have to listen. I’m too busy minding my own business. Put on your big girl pants and grow up. It’s really not that big of’a deal.
And society.. it’s time to mature. Stop shitting all over the place and blaming people for all your problems. If you accidentally blow a red light and crash into another car, it’s not anyone else’s fault but your own. Not Jesus, not the highway patrol, not the government...yOu. Take a moment and breathe and just accept what is.
All too often in our own personal worlds we do this. I am guilty of it myself. We are humans. Every.single.person.is.guilty. There is not one perfect human. The opportunity is to say, oh shit! My bad, let’s see what happened here. Wow, ok. I don’t want to do that again. I wonder how I can change so that I don’t make the same mistake a million times.
The sexiest thing we can do in our messy humanness is to take personal responsibility, own our shit and call it a day. Strive to become a better human tomorrow. Love harder. And kiss a little more. Make eye contact. And hug our friends.
Let’s take care of our actions, so that we can show up with more light and consciousness. And remember, #itsnotthatbigofadeal ✌🏽
