What’s gone is gone. You can’t change the past you can only live in the now. If it was an epic case of the Mondays, burn the memory out of your mind and push forward. No need to hold on to ill feelings and bring them with you the next morning. ( I really wish I had one of those MIB neuralizers)

There’s something magical about a pen and paper. When you write you allow your deepest thoughts to come to life. 
So what if it reads like jibberish? You can read it, and that’s all that matters. As your writing, I promise you’ll come across things that you can change or do better in the next 24 hours. Go with your gut and try them out. If you do, you may not have another Monday like this again. - *Get some extra Zzz’s*

Poor sleep is more common than good sleep. I can’t think of anything that gets more people off on the wrong foot day to day. You don’t need to sleep 10 hours, but anything under 6-7 is a danger zone.

This may have been the problem, to begin with. When your tired and cranky nothing goes right, because your not right. Get in the bed 30-60 minutes sooner, and I can promise you at least a better start to the next day.
- *Meditation*

There are only two kinds of people in the world. 
Those who love meditation and those who haven’t found the one that fits them YET. I don’t care who you are some form of meditation needs to be in your life. If you want to call it silent time or prayer cool names won’t affect the benefits. Even going for a walk could be considered some form of meditation. 
And that’s not all, meditation doesn’t have to be silent. There is dynamic meditation, Yoga mixed with meditation the list is long and extensive. Find one that suits you, and I promise you’ll change your life. Think of this as hard reset button after a crappy day.
