I was an athlete my whole life. In high school I played sports year round and bounced back and fourth between 6 am cheer practices, after school practices, and travel softball. In between school and practice my absolute favorite thing to do was run to McDonalds 🤦🏼♀️ but I stayed active so I never really saw the impact that was having...
That was until I got to college and the sports stopped but the crappy eating habits continued. I packed on the freshman 15 + an extra 10 or so🤷🏼♀️ Throughout college I tried quick fix after quick fix and deprived myself when the quick fixes didn’t work. Needless to say it was a roller coaster🎢
On the off chance I found myself at the gym, I mostly just did some cardio and then a few ab exercises I learned in cheer.
For the first time I feel like I have finally found balance and it blows my mind how simple it is. Exercise for 30 minutes a day, eat clean but allow yourself the things you love every now and then. Because of the bootcamps I decided to join almost two years ago now I have everything I need at my fingertips.
This busy teacher learned just how simple it can be to make yourself a priority and I want to help you do the same thing ❤️👯♀️
