Lemon- blueberry yogurt loaf!!!! Recipe Part 2
1. Preheat the oven to 359 ‘ F
2. Use a 8 1/2 by 4 1/4 by 2 1/2- inch loaf pan grease and flour the pan .
3. Sift together 1 1/2 cups of flour , baking powder and the salt into a bowl.
4.Use another bowl and whisk together the whole - milk yogurt, 1 cup of sugar , the eggs , lemon zest, vanilla and oil.
5.Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
6. Mix the blueberries with the remaining tablespoon of flour, and fold them very gently into the batter.
7.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 59 minutes , or until a cake tester placed in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
• Meanwhile , cook 1/3 cup of lemon 🍋 juice and the remaining 1 tablespoon sugar in a small pan , until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is clear .Set aside.
•Once the cake is done , let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before flipping out onto a cooling rack.
•While the cake is still warm , pour the lemon -sugar mixture over the cake and allow it to soak in .
• Use a toothpick to make tiny holes that draw the liquid in better .

There's a little part of my heart reserved for @gourmetgoat. As they grew, and expanded their offering, they would eventually outgrow their space at Borough Market and even, as it turned out, their name.
So recently, @elpiniki_boroughmarket was born.
Sitting opposite the spot they used to occupy, I went to visit and there's always a bit of nervousness when something you love changes. But actually it hasn't. It's just as special.
I missed out on their new pork dish - it had sold out just before I got there - so got their slow-cooked rose veal, with bulghur pilaf and kale salad and my god. It was so good. Stopped me in my tracks.
Their food is so wonderful and so is their ethos. So much empty rhetoric about sustainability, ethical food, etc etc but this is *actually* it. This is it in action - and my word it's lovely 💛
