Getting healthy - the truth 💪 I would never lie to you and tell you getting healthy and changing your habits is easy. It takes a lot of work, persistence and patience, BUT I will tell you it is totally worth how amazing you are going to feel!

While it may not easy, I will share some winning strategies the will make it easier 😁 Just know you can totally do this and to take it one step at a time.
.
1 - Try to pick one area to improve at a time: Things like clean food, exercise, meditation & good sleep are great to incorporate but fixing all areas at once are almost impossible. Pick one or max two areas and work on making that a habit before moving on to another area.
.
2 - Learn to say no: If you’re changing your habits, there will be temptation surrounding you. There will be office birthday parties, holidays, outings etc constantly and it’s important you say no to the things you don’t want or things that don’t help you along your journey.
.
3 - Pick a big WHY: If the reason you want to get healthy is only to weigh a few pounds less, it will most likely not be strong enough to stick to. Reasons like feeling your best so you can perform better on your job, having more energy for the kids or wanting to be in shape to do acitivies you love are much stronger reasons.
.
4 - Be kind to yourself & forgiving: None of us are perfect. You are going to slip up and have a bad day or two. The worst is when you throw all your progress out the window for a mistake. Forgive yourself, move on and definitely do not feel guilty about treating yourself in moderation.

When it’s like « bitch, start treating me better? » without using words?! Yep! That’s what my week was like! 
It is SO easy to try to ignore the cues, but sometimes it’s evident that you can’t. 
I am starting over with my goals, putting some focus on ME and what makes me happy. But even more so what makes me feel good. Cause what I’ve been doing isn’t right. 
The best though? I’ve got access to it all right in my phone. Workouts, recipes, and then I had an idea. 
Im giving 10 people the chance to try it out at no charge for 2 weeks. 
If your body has been telling you that it’s had enough, you should let me know and we’ll talk about this!

🌱 Pizza saumon fumé - epinard & co 🥑
Très très bonne 🤤😍
♡ Ingrédients : - 1 pâte à pizza @ilovecroustipate
- 3c. A soupe de crème fraîche bio allégée - ciboulette et échalote surgelées - Miettes de féta Bio - quelques lamelles de chou rouge bio
- 3 poignées de feuilles d'epinards fraîches @grandfrais - 2 tranches de saumon fumée bio - quelques tomates cerises BIO - 1/4 de citron Bio - 1 avocat bio - quelques cerneaux de noix @justebio - poivre du moulin - 1filet d'huile d'olive bio ♡ Réalisation : - sortir la pâte du réfrigérateur et la dérouler. - étaler la crème fraîche. Saupoudrer de ciboulette et échalote. - parsemer de miettes de féta - disposer des feuilles d'épinards sur l'ensemble - déposer des lamelles de chou rouge - préchauffer le four à 200°C
- émincer les tranches de saumon et disposer les lamelles sur les légumes - laver et déposer les tomates cerises - déposer 1 filet d'huile d'olive bio sur l'ensemble et poivrer.
- enfourner 10 à 15min - pendant ce temps émincer l'avocat et coup et quelques tranches de citron. Couper quelques cerneaux de noix au couteau. - à la sortie du four, déposer les tranches d'avocat et les cerneaux de noix. - Profitez!! Bon appétit 😘😋

I always fancy the shop bought ones but they are a bit pricey and at least this way I know what’s going in to my food. I like to put it in a jar and add it to my breakfast or just eat it on its own with milk as a snack, I think I’m a bit addicted! 🙈

After a power walk for #LISS I came home and made some granola, totally worth burning my fingers on the oven for 😂 I always fancy the shop bought ones but they are a bit pricey and at least this way I know what’s going in to my food. I like to put it in a jar and add it to my breakfast or just eat it on its own with milk as a snack, I think I’m a bit addicted! 🙈 Apart from walking and baking it’s been a bit of a lazy day which I really needed. Sometimes I wander through quite sad to see so many animals in captivity but they are safe especially those close to extinction. Raisin Scones, Clotted Cream and Quince Jam: Three of the things I love about England.😍
4 Cups Flour 
1 Cup Raisin-(can substitute with other dried fruit or nuts)
2 Sticks Butter - Cubed
2 Tsp Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder 
Pinch of Salt 
1/2 Cups Whole Milk 
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sugar, baking powder, salt, and 4 cups of flour in a large bowl. Add raisins, milk and butter. Mix the ingredients until only small pieces remain unmixed. Cover with plastic wrap and place into the refrigerator for an hour. 
Take out the mix and either using a hollow mold or hand shape your dough into 3 inch mounds and put in the oven for 15 min. 
Serve it with clotted cream and jam. 
Enjoy

Raisin Scones, Clotted Cream and Quince Jam: Three of the things I love about England.😍 4 Cups Flour 1 Cup Raisin-(can substitute with other dried fruit or nuts) 2 Sticks Butter - Cubed 2 Tsp Sugar 2 Tsp Baking Powder Pinch of Salt 1/2 Cups Whole Milk Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sugar, baking powder, salt, and 4 cups of flour in a large bowl. Add raisins, milk and butter. Mix the ingredients until only small pieces remain unmixed. Cover with plastic wrap and place into the refrigerator for an hour. Take out the mix and either using a hollow mold or hand shape your dough into 3 inch mounds and put in the oven for 15 min. Serve it with clotted cream and jam. Hello les instagrameurs 🌱🌱🌱 J’espère que vous allez bien ! 
Aujourd’hui une petite recette qui est loin d’être vegan. 
On est plus sur une assiette gourmande mais légère 😋

Pour cette assiette vous aurez besoin de : - 3 feuilles de chou vert ciselé Bio.
- 1 noix Bio. - 1 filet d’huile d’olive Bio extraite à froid.
- 2 œufs à la coque Bio.
- 2 tranches de pain aux graines.
- du fromage de chèvre à tartiner.
- du miel des forêts.
- 3 mouillettes de comté.
- 3 mouillettes de pain dur.
- une demi pomme coupé en tranches.
- une clémentine.

Cuisson : 
Pour des beaux œufs à la coque faite bouillir de l’eau dans une casserole puis plonger les œufs avec une cuillère à soupe pour ne pas cassé la coquille. Laisser cuire pendant 3 bonnes minutes et jusqu’à 6 minutes si vous voulez des blancs bien cuits, les sortir et les plonger dans l’eau froide pour couper la cuisson. 
Assemblage :

Couper le chou vert et assaisonner avec l’huile d’olive et la noix brisé en petit morceau. 
Tartiner les tranches de pain aux graines avec le fromage de chèvre, ajouter un filet de miel. 
Ouvrez les œufs à l’aide d’un couteau en tapotant avec amour sur le tour de l’œuf en formant un beau cercle. Puis retirer le sommet de la coquille. 
Trancher la tête de l’œuf pour faire apparaître le jaune de l’œuf.

Déposer dans votre assiette selon vos envies et c’est prêt 👍

Ingredients for 2 people: ♻️2 leeks 🌿1 spring onion 📶1 celery twig ⚛1 green pepper 🥔1 potato 🍀AOVE, salt and pepper

Preparation: 🌱Cut all the vegetables and potatoes into not too small pieces. 🌱Spirise the spring onion with a splash of EVOO and add the leek, pepper, celery and potato (in this order, waiting a little between each ingredient). 🌱Add salt and cover with water. 🌱 Let cook about 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender. 🌱Crush everything with the necessary broth, rectifying salt if necessary and add pepper.

Serve with a splash of EVOO.

What’s better on a cold day than this Cauliflower Chick Pea Curry for lunch?! I have been waiting for days to make this meal, and it did not disappoint 💯 I used pre-made sauce, which I normally don’t do, but this one was organic and sounded delicious so I had to try it 😍 Another trick to this meal: frozen vegetables! For anyone that buys a ton of produce, then it sits on the counter for days and then goes bad... start buying frozen. I just check the ingredients and make sure there’s nothing else besides the vegetables 🥦🥕🌶 this hack has saved me tons! •
It’s still rainy and cold here, so today was the perfect day to spend the time prepping some ingredients for this. Another chick pea recipe coming soon ... 👀 👉🏼 #whatsforlunch: • 1 bag frozen cauliflower, defrosted and simmer in cast iron skillet on low heat, add salt and pepper to taste • Roasted chick peas: 1 can of chick peas, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, roast in some avocado oil at 400 degrees for 20 minutes • 1 bag of Thai Coconut Curry Sauce (brand was Imagine— Will link it in my stories!) • 1 chopped up red pepper • 2 handfuls of kale • 
Simmer in cast iron skillet for 10-15 minutes and enjoy! 😋•
