Hello , comme une envie de faire des crêpes mais cette fois des crêpes 1000 trous.
Petite recette : - 300g de farine au choix ici farine d'avoine sans gluten
- 6 blancs d'oeufs
- 400ml de lait au choix ici lait d'amande
- vanille en poudre 
Mélanger la farine avec le lait sans faire de grumeaux . Ajouter les blancs battus en neige et la vanille . 
Graisser une poêle avec de l'huile de coco et faire chauffer la pâte 😁😁

First day of my new lifestyle of eating healty begins.

For the first time in my life I was shocked when I climbed onto the scale and it read Error.

I have the exact same scale as the one in the photo, and the Maximum weight is 150kg (330.693lbs). Usually it can show up to 151.9kg before it completely jumps to error.

So that meant I could have easly weighed 152kg + and that scared me. So I am determined to make a serious change in my life, and become healthier.

I told them exactly what I felt about corporate wellness (watch my IG story for clips). And, you know what? No one fought me on what I said.

We did laugh at the insanity of it all. And some of them talked to me afterwards about the importance of health. And how few employers are truly addressing their and their employees needs.

It was great night. So, thank you @disrupthrindy for letting me speak my truth. Giving me a place to do it. And an opportunity to school some folks on what real health looks like.

When on vacay, here's what I do. Maybe it will help you find your own kind of balance....⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I do splurge and enjoy foods that, on a day-to-day routine basis, I try to refrain from. But throughout the day, I will add in some decent choices. Instead of the french fries with my burger, I'll order a green salad. Instead of eating 2 rolls at dinner, I'll just have one. At breakfast (shown in this picture), I wanted toast, so I added in a side of fresh fruit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It doesn't have to be all in or nothing. There can be balance. Small healthy choices will keep you balanced while on vacay!
