They Said They Are Encouraged To Go Exercise

You can’t grow where you’re comfortable. Success comes when you leave your comfort zone and do what you’ve always wanted to do. It’s not going to be easy but if it was easy a lot more ppl would do it. Steve Harvey said “The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.” Everyone has something they want. But not everyone has the commitment to get to it. You have to have a REASON why you want it and let that reason push you. Willpower runs out. A reason will not. It’ll always be there. God is not going to let something destroy you, He let’s bad things happen to us to teach us. To strengthen us. Instead of asking “why is this happening to me” ask “what is this trying to show me” if you want something bad enough, you can either dream about it or you can plan it. It’s all up to you we all have the same 24 hrs
Check in with your breath. How are you breathing Is it shallow and fast
Close your eyes. Take a deep breath into your belly, Relax your shoulders and chest. See if you can breathe in for count for 3 and exhale for a count of 3…now do this three more times.
Check in with how you feel now Amazing right
The first thing we do when we come into this world is breathe in and the last thing we do is breathe out…our breath is our life-sustaining energy.
Deep breathing is so important not only for proper core activation and pelvic floor relaxation, it also has the following benefits:
1. Breath Increases Energy
2. Breath Improves the Respiratory System
3. Breath Calms the Nervous System
4. Breath Strengthens the Lymphatic System
5. Breath Releases Muscle Tension
6. Breath Improves the Cardiovascular System
7. Breath Elevates the Digestive System
8. Breath Affects Our Mental State
9. Breath Keeps Us Looking Youthful
10. Help relaxes your pelvic floor
By breathing deeply, you allow the diaphragm to drop downward, the rib cage to expand and create more space for the lungs to inflate. By mastering the art of deep breathing, increased oxygen floods into the body, eventually helping the heart pace to slow down to create feelings of calmness and relaxation.
Breathing deeply is definitely something you will do with me in our treatment sessions.
Take some time to breathe deeply today. ✨
