Do not smoke - Smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes 
Do not eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause the stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore eat fruit 1 to 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour before a meal

Do not drink tea or coffee - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest

Do not bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach

Do not walk about - Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake

Do not sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. This will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.

This time last week I didn't have signal, so I'll take you through it 🤣

Up early and out on my bike to spin the legs and take in some local hills.
Then into the sea to workout the tide at start time, the temp and put my mind at rest. No jellyfish sitings until we were leaving the beach and the entire bay could hear the screams of a child " JELLY FISH!" 🙈
Racked my bike, even she was nervous, having a little wobble on the rack (this shows everything was there when I left her, unlike when I jumped on her for the race🤷‍♂️)
And then a very positive, nervous atmosphere in a busy, but extremely exciting and inspirational race briefing! This time last week I didn't have signal, so I'll take you through it 🤣 Sorry not sorry Up early and out on my bike to spin the legs and take in some local hills. As we count down to the end of the season, Duathlon takes center stage once again as we head to Derbyshire for the final ITU qualifier. .

In the women's field Duathlon specilist and AG European Sprint Duathlon Champion Nicole Allen starts. Relatively new to the sport she was fastest female overall in Targu Mures. A weaker swimmer, stronger runner she seems perfectly suited to draft legal Duathlon, although the draft illegal format this weekend may prove an extra challenge. .

Looking to take advantage of that will be Emily Purbrick (pictured) and Nicola Timmins. Purbrick became 30-34F Duathlon World Champion in Pontevedra whilst she finished 5th on this course earlier in the season. Timmins also has great pedigree. Darley Moor 2020 ITU Sprint Duathlon Preview . As we count down to the end of the season, Duathlon takes center stage once again as we head to Derbyshire for the final ITU qualifier. . . In the women's field Duathlon specilist and AG European Sprint Duathlon Champion Nicole Allen starts. Relatively new to the sport she was fastest female overall in Targu Mures. A weaker swimmer, stronger runner she seems perfectly suited to draft legal Duathlon, although the draft illegal format this weekend may prove an extra challenge. . . Looking to take advantage of that will be Emily Purbrick (pictured) and Nicola Timmins. Purbrick became 30-34F Duathlon World Champion in Pontevedra whilst she finished 5th on this course earlier in the season. Timmins also has great pedigree. Oggi pomeriggio parte sul circuito di Silverstone, con la gara di Pre-Season, il campionato eSport Endurance Series 2019/2020 organizzato da E-Racing Series dove il nostro Team parteciperà con 2 vetture in 2 categorie diverse:
-Nella neonata categoria HyperCars (HC) Lorenzo Arisi e Riccardo Corazzari cercheranno di difendere il Titolo vinto lo scorso anno come dimostra il numero 1 sulle fiancate;
-In categoria LMP2 la vettura numero 20 verrà guidata da Federico Soave e Danilo Smeriglio che cercheranno con tutte le loro forze di lottare per il Titolo di categoria. 🇬🇧 Not just VEC this season!
This afternoon, on the Silverstone circuit, with the Pre-Season race, will begin the 2019/2020 eSport Endurance Series organized by E-Racing Series and our Team will take part with 2 cars in 2 different categories:
- In the newborn HyperCars category (HC) Lorenzo Arisi and Riccardo Corazzari will try to defend the title they won last year, as shown by number 1 on both car sides;
- In the LMP2 category, the car # 20 will be driven by Federico Soave and Danilo Smeriglio, who will try with all their efforts to fight for the category title.

A challenge and a very worthy cause! .
Many of us will have been directly or indirectly affected by by cancer. Both my parents have been through it. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer at some point in our lives.
So this cause is very close to all of our hearts. .
I also can’t wait to be full out of my comfort zone, knowing this will hurt at quite a few points over the 25 hours.
