Busy professional like me and no time to prepare fresh meal? Luckily pasta 🍝 is always in the pantry !! My delicious red lentil Sedanini pasta is packed with nutrients, protein and fiber. While it was boiling - approximately for 7 minutes , I prepared the sauce: sautéed organic tomatoes , added fresh herbs from the garden - chives, parsley, oregano and collard greens with spinach. I hear the excuse “I don’t like healthy food” way to much. To be honest, it makes me really sad because I used to say the same thing.

The fact of the matter is, people think healthy food is chicken and rice or fish and rice for every meal and that’s just not reality. Healthy food is eating whole foods and preparing them in a way that is healthy for you.

Take fries for instance. Everyone loves fries lol. McDonald’s sells about 9 million pounds of fries globally every day. I don’t know about you but that makes me kind of sick to think about. 1 small fry contains 230 calories, 11g fat, 29g carbs, and 3g protein. That might not seem like a lot but a small fry is tiny and no one is satisfied after a small fry lol.

So here’s the deal, I’m not saying you can never have fries again, I’m just saying to eat a healthier alternative. Hello air fryer!!!

This baby will air fry anything from fries, to chicken, to veggies, and even pizza!!!! So what makes it better for you? It’s doesn’t use all the nasty fat and oil that conventional friers do.

So there you have it, an upfront investment of around $100-$150 and now you can enjoy the things you love while also staying on track. Don’t let the excuses keep you from your goals. Simply find a better way!

Pesto shrimp for dinner. 
This is a family favorite, super simple to make, packed with flavor, and extremely nutrient-dense. 
The pesto is made from fresh basil, spinach, olive oil, garlic and @redmondrealsalt - I leave the pine nuts on top because I love the texture. I added artichoke hearts tonight and 🙌🏻💥
I make this with chicken or shrimp, and I serve mine over organic zucchini noodles to make it #autoimmuneprotocol compliant and #grainfree and my crew eats theirs served over #glutenfree organic brown rice pasta @jovialfoods is our fav!

When I begin work with clients, I get to be the voice that shouts back at the ED until the client can do so themselves. I get to be the one on their shoulder reminding them of recovery when the ED tries to convince them that the disorder is what will keep the safe and happy. (My job is the freakin’ best!)

Standing up to the ED bully is incredibly hard which is why a person has a recovery team. Your team has your back when the ED tries to hold you down.

ED voices are nasty and unoriginal. Over the years, I have become pretty savvy at predicting the ways it tries to convince the person that foods are bad or that they should try to compensate if they eat “off limits” foods. In session, part of my job is to give the client the words to use against the ED until they can find the words themselves. Clients have told me how helpful it can be to tell the ED voice to shut up because “Sam said” it is OK to eat this.

Long term, of course, I want this person to use their own voice, but there is nothing wrong with enlisting the help of your team, especially in the beginning.

Makes a batch you can keep for a month and use ————————————
6 tablespoon paprika 
2 tablespoon ground coriander 
2 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon cracked pepper
1 tablespoon sweetener 
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
1 teaspoon saffron 
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper —————————————
Use it to spice and cook chicken breast 
Or 
Mix with 0% Greek yogurt for a sauce 
Oven cook both 👍
Serve with rice or veggie rice for a low carb option

Hey😜, Auch wenn ich meine Einstellung umgestellt habe↩️und wirklich zum Großteil das gute aus Dingen nehme💪,Montag ist und bleibt eine Qual.Je länger das Wochenende desto schlimmer die Depressionen am Sonntag😖.Ich könnte jede Sekunde los heulen,und werde von allem sofort mitgerissen🙄und runter gezogen bzw bin gereizt.... Bon appetit🍝.Wer sich noch dran erinnern kann💭,ich habe letztes Jahr mit meiner Familie eine Kreuzfahrt gemacht🛳️.Die ging zum Großteil durch Italien🏖️,aber auch Spanien und Frankreich🙆.In Rom haben wir dann ein super gutes Italieneisches Pasta Gewürz mitgenommen😋.Daraus habe ich dann diese etwas andere Cabonara-Varaition gemacht🧀mit der ich an der leckeren Aktion von @xanjuschx  teilnehme❤️. Dieser Urlaub war der Erste mit Essstörung🤐,bzw wo alle es wussten🙈.

Ich war einfach froh als der Urlaub vorbei war💪.Habe dann auch beschlossen erstmal nicht in den Urlaub zugehen🏖️,wollten eigentlich im Herbst darauf nochmal weg✈️.
Da ich aber wieder Urlaub und abschalten wollte😍bin ich ja letztens alleine in die Türkei🏖️,was super geklappt hat,weil ich psychisch und mit dem Essen  einfach für mich war💪. In ca 3 Wochen werde ich für eine Woche Kurs-Fahrt nach Hamburg machen🚄.Ich mach mir jetzt schon Mega den Kopf😖.

- Bewegungs-Zwang
- Essen
-psyche

Ist es einfach mit den Mitschülern,was GANZ anderes als mit der Familie🙈.Eigentlich möchte ich mich freuen und Spaß haben😋.Aber die ganzen Gedanken wollen das nicht zulassen🙄. Zum andern steht in 1 1/2Monat der Urlaub nach Mexiko an😍.Das wird auch wieder eine große Challenge werden👊,aber ich freue mich auf meine Schwester❤️aber meine Familie  und ich können mit den Schwankungen mittlerweile besser umgehen🙆,weshalb ich denke er wird zwar auch schwer aber besser werden💪. Urlaub ist so was schönes🎀,wo man ab schalten und genießen sollte😍und die Krankheit einfach zuhause lassen sollte,was nicht immer einfach ist👊. Wo geht euer nächster Urlaub hin? 🎀

Hey😜, Auch wenn ich meine Einstellung umgestellt habe↩️und wirklich zum Großteil das gute aus Dingen nehme💪,Montag ist und bleibt eine Qual.Je länger das Wochenende desto schlimmer die Depressionen am Sonntag😖.Ich könnte jede Sekunde los heulen,und werde von allem sofort mitgerissen🙄und runter gezogen bzw bin gereizt.... Bon appetit🍝.Wer sich noch dran erinnern kann💭,ich habe letztes Jahr mit meiner Familie eine Kreuzfahrt gemacht🛳️.Die ging zum Großteil durch Italien🏖️,aber auch Spanien und Frankreich🙆.In Rom haben wir dann ein super gutes Italieneisches Pasta Gewürz mitgenommen😋.Daraus habe ich dann diese etwas andere Cabonara-Varaition gemacht🧀mit der ich an der leckeren Aktion von @xanjuschx  teilnehme❤️. Dieser Urlaub war der Erste mit Essstörung🤐,bzw wo alle es wussten🙈. Es war so anstrengend😖,zwei Wochen OHNE Therapie und 24h all you can eat🌯.Zu dem war das auch realativ am Anfang und kurz nach meinem ersten,,klick-Moment"💥. And because of this truth, I’ve gifted myself a high fiber, high protein, dairy-free diet for mother’s day. And of course lots of water to get things moving. I will be showing some of the new products I’m trying. Feel free to share your experiences, review or concerns. 
Here is a #dairyfree cashew-gurt blueberry yogurt from @wholefoods. Made by @foragerproject🌼🌼🌼🌼
The sugar content is perfect and I drank this first thing this morning. My stomach thanked me later. 
I can feel it......better days are ahead of me.
