Sure, you are leaving the training sessions behind. You must say goodbye to the isometric holds, agility work, and wall jumps. And yes, your presence will be missed. Yet, what you leave behind is surely incomparable to the things you will take on moving forward. The rest of your life awaits you and we will always wish you the best.

⚡️ Let’s talk Mini bands!
Why do we use them ☝️They are a great way to target muscle stabilizers that are usually tough to activate otherwise. This will help you properly engage all your muscles when you’re training any exercise and get stronger overall!
Upper body: Applying resistance against the mini bands while in the upper body position, we are engaging external rotators which are the smaller muscles that will help our posture. In other words we are working all of those little muscles that typically tend to get ignored!
Lower Body: When we apply this tension against the bands in lower position, we are activating muscles that are underdeveloped and muscles that will help us prevent injuries.
Take your time in each exercise — it’s not about power. Slow and intentional is the way to go with mini bands, thinking about activating your muscles. 💪

SO after a few weeks of cutting down my calories i’ve actually lost some fat🤗 buuuuuut as a result of that i’ve lost a lot of fat on my bum which makes me very upset😂but I’m excited to build a PROPER booty in the next coming months👀
As for my stomach issues, I’m hoping tomorrow’s scan brings some kind of insight as to what the heck is going on inside me😂we’ll see!!!!
