505lbs/230kg x 1 x 2 deadlift.

445lbs/202kg x 4 x 3 deadlift.

415lbs/189kg x 1 x 3 squat PR!!!!

375lbs/171kg x 4 x 4 squat.

I did squats first and set a PR so I was a little fatigued for the deadlifts but I still had 2-3 reps at 505lbs in the tank so I'm happy with it. The 2nd rep looked a lot better and felt easier than the first rep and it's always like that, I have no idea why..

Squats are feeling really powerful and I'm gonna be setting a PR each week for the next few weeks according to my training program lol Depth is fair and the strength is excellent.

Today, I will be stepping on stage for the first time in 5 years in the Musclemania Asia Championships in both Model and Physique. .
.
I have spent the last 5 years focusing on building my iFitModel business from the ground up, coaching hundreds of competitors and 20+ World Titles. .
This year I committed to getting on stage again, but not for reasons of vanity or to even win titles. I decided to jump on stage for a few reasons. .

1️⃣Age is just a number - 6 months shy from my 40th birthday, I wanted to show that no matter your age, it's never too late to transform. Yes, as we get older things can become harder, but "harder" is relative and "harder" doesn't mean impossible. .

2️⃣Not taking supplements - My goal is to show people the power of food and you can dramatically change your body without taking a single pill or powder. With the right food plan, you can totally transform your body even to extremes. .

3️⃣No fad workouts or methods - I didn't have to use a waist trainer, go "ass to grass" with my squats, lift super light weight to get lean, or use any lifting accessory. Not to say those things are wrong, but I want to show with proper lifting techniques and following the real sciences of human biomechanics, your body can morph in incredible ways with minimal risk of injury. .

4️⃣ I Used the iFitModel Semi-customized Workout Program - This year I created the "iFitModel Semi-customized Exercise Programs" which are series of monthly workouts geared towards a person goals, gender, and starting point. When I launched it, many thought because it wasn't 100% customized to them, results couldn't be seen. I wanted to prove that following my iFitModel Semi-customized Plan, results can be extreme if you wanted to take it that far. .

As I expressed to my competitor clients today, regardless of the outcome today, I have already won. I have gone through the process for these four particular reasons, and I have shown that seeing incredible results is possible.

Killed it training with bros @thabigdog32 @boosted_fk last night doing squats! 💪 Hit 4 PR sets once I was amped up. 😁 Did 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 1x2 365 PR, 1x2 385 PR, 1x10 325 PR, and 1x25 225 constant tension reps PR (last 5 were just normal reps though)! 🤘 Awesome session with these guys and my bro @thabigdog32 hit a huge PR with 365! He is climbing back up the ladder! Also my bro @boosted_fk hit big weight 1x3 315 and 1x11 225 ATG reps PR. ✊ We're all making those GAINS! 🙏

Well everyone I hit another milestone in my fitness/strength journey!! 💪 Finally hit a huge PR with a 365 pound paused bench press. It has taken me a solid 11 years to go from a 95 pound bench press to 365 pound bench press. I'm super stoked and this was truly an incredible accomplishment for me. 405 is getting that much closer and hopefully I will crack that number in the next year or two. 😁 This bench press session was 2x10 135, 1x10 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 365 single PR, 1x5 315 PR, 1x10 275 PR, 1x23 225 PR. 🤘 Every set was paused except for 1x5 225 and 1x23 225! ✊ BW is 215 currently. Having fun and enjoying this journey completely! ☺ Glad I got to hit this milestone with my bro @boosted_fk .🙏
