⚡️ Let’s talk Mini bands!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Why do we use them? ☝️They are a great way to target muscle stabilizers that are usually tough to activate otherwise. This will help you properly engage all your muscles when you’re training any exercise and get stronger overall!

Upper body: Applying resistance against the mini bands while in the upper body position, we are engaging external rotators which are the smaller muscles that will help our posture. In other words we are working all of those little muscles that typically tend to get ignored!

Lower Body: When we apply this tension against the bands in lower position, we are activating muscles that are underdeveloped and muscles that will help us prevent injuries.

Take your time in each exercise — it’s not about power. Slow and intentional is the way to go with mini bands, thinking about activating your muscles. 💪

This is a simple but effective way to develop foot strength and balance. It is very applicable to runners, and simulates an ‘active foot’ that is required in the running stride during ground contact.

Start with 2 feet, and stand with your heels off the end of the beam. Try to find a fairly relaxed stance with some knee bend, and get your balance. You will notice that even a double leg stance is difficult when trying to hold this stable balanced position on the forefoot.
🔑 Maintain even pressure through the entire forefoot.
➡️ Slowly transition over to one side. If it is too difficult to go completely on one foot, keep the other one on at 10% weight for example.
⬇️ Hold the single leg stance for time and keep as stable as possible. This will light your feet up in a good way!

I slept sooooo lekkkker. Wake up to the best breakfast and tea...
. 
My energy levels are amazing. Long work days, then i will be drinking 3 cups of tea, breakfast lunch and 3pm snack time, because at 3pm my body feels sleepy 😴
. So when i drink my tea i can be full steam for the last few hours of work and traffic... Aish... Herbalife tea is AMAZING!!!!!

SO after a few weeks of cutting down my calories i’ve actually lost some fat🤗 buuuuuut as a result of that i’ve lost a lot of fat on my bum which makes me very upset😂but I’m excited to build a PROPER booty in the next coming months👀
As for my stomach issues, I’m hoping tomorrow’s scan brings some kind of insight as to what the heck is going on inside me😂we’ll see!!!!
P.S. i promise i’ll clean my room soon
