This really couldn’t be more true and hearing this the other day fired me up! Ya’ll I’ve been the MAYBE girl for as long as I can remember. Maybe I’d be successful one day and make an impact in this world. Maybe I’d finally get strong and hit that PR I was searching for. Maybe one day I’d get shredded and have the body composition I really wanted. *
Sometimes, my kids ask me to do something that isn’t going to fit into the day’s plan. Rather than tell them no off the bat I say “maybe” as if I’ll think about it and then when it doesn’t actually happen the disappointment is lessened because they never got their hopes up. *
We do this same crap to ourselves ALL the time by saying MAYBE. 👉Maybe I’ll go to the gym tomorrow
👉Maybe I’ll start eating better to become healthier
👉Maybe I’ll post on social media today to grow my business
👉Maybe I’ll apply for the job I really want
👉Maybe I’ll go back to school to pursue my passion
👉Maybe I’ll go to the doctor about this nagging pain in my back

You know what you’re actually doing by saying MAYBE? You’re saying NO… Saying NO to yourself, your dreams, your goals, and your happiness. *
If your goal is to lose weight and get healthy there can’t be any MAYBE’s involved. You either want it or you don’t. MAYBE isn’t going to get you to your goal weight because MAYBE will shoot your compliance to your nutrition plan in the face. *
If you want to build a business there can’t be any MAYBE’s because the MAYBE guy doesn’t bring the clients in the door nor does he keep them once they’re there.

The Maybe girl is constantly disappointed at her lack of progress, always blaming something else on her lack of success, always seeking the next “quick fix” or gimmick to help her get rich, lose weight, be liked by everyone and have it all but she doesn’t ever actually WORK for it!

I had my #27week Midwives check-up yesterday. In the last month I didn’t gain 1 pound! I maintained my weight, but my stomach is measuring right on track. Kind of ironic, as I always measured behind with Oliver 2-3 weeks, and at this time with Oliver I had gained about 27lbs. So far I’m up 16lbs with this second pregnancy, and I hope to maintain and/or only gain a max of 10lbs more. I started at a normal BMI, so gaining 25-35lbs should be my MAX range for this pregnancy. With Oliver, I gained 37lbs, and lost 22lbs within 4 days postpartum. That taught me that, 15 lbs was merely extra weight. I also ate anything with Oliver. I was eager to grow a belly the 1st time around, but my genetics just doesn’t make me grow a very big belly until the end. With this second pregnancy, I showed much faster, so I made a point to not eat for two. The past week or so, I’ve been eating much more carbs, but I’m still choosing lower carb options. I attribute my weight maintenance to lower carb options and staying active!🏋🏼‍♀️ I’m not working out hard like I’m used to, but any activity in this 100F+ heat while pregnant is sufficient for me. Even if my workouts are a fraction of the intensity🤷🏼‍♀️. —

It seems to be working! ✨1/2 cup Cottage cheese + 1 TBsp raspberry jam✨ So tasty and the #MACROS are pretty good for this too! 🔥145 Calories/14g CARB/12g PRO/5g FAT — I had my #27week Midwives check-up yesterday. In the last month I didn’t gain 1 pound! I maintained my weight, but my stomach is measuring right on track. Kind of ironic, as I always measured behind with Oliver 2-3 weeks, and at this time with Oliver I had gained about 27lbs. So far I’m up 16lbs with this second pregnancy, and I hope to maintain and/or only gain a max of 10lbs more. I started at a normal BMI, so gaining 25-35lbs should be my MAX range for this pregnancy. With Oliver, I gained 37lbs, and lost 22lbs within 4 days postpartum. That taught me that, 15 lbs was merely extra weight. I also ate anything with Oliver. I was eager to grow a belly the 1st time around, but my genetics just doesn’t make me grow a very big belly until the end. With this second pregnancy, I showed much faster, so I made a point to not eat for two. The past week or so, I’ve been eating much more carbs, but I’m still choosing lower carb options. I attribute my weight maintenance to lower carb options and staying active!🏋🏼‍♀️ I’m not working out hard like I’m used to, but any activity in this 100F+ heat while pregnant is sufficient for me. - كذلك لما تضيفونه بالاكل يعزز الاحساس بالشبع و بالتالي يساعد في تقليل السعرات الحراريه اليوميه من ٢٠٠-٢٥٠ سعره و بالتالي ممكن يساعد في فقد الدهون الموجوده في منطقة الخصر لكن بالنهايه نظامك الغذائي المتوازن اهو اللي يحدد.
- كذلك حمض الاستيك الموجود في الخل يقتل البكتيريا الضاره و يمنعها من التكاثر .
- ممكن ان يساعد في خفض الكوليسترول الضار و تقليل الدهون الثلاثيه و يعزز الكوليسترول النافع .
- يساعد في تقليل هشاشة العظام عند كبار السن . ممكن اخذ ملعقه مع ٢٥٠ مل ماي او إضافته مع الاكل مثل السلطه او حتى الرياضيين ممكن يضيفونه مع الاحماض الامينيه يحسن من طاقتهم اثناء التدريب .

اما الاضرار و اشهرها الاكثار منه يؤدي إلى خسارة كميات كبيره من البوتاسيوم و تكلمت عن اضرار نقص البوتاسيوم في بوست سابق.
