Here’s a quick cardio workout for you guys! You can pick the duration of the workout, change the interval speeds, increase the squat reps or pick a different movement all together. You do not have to run or sprint for this you can walk and incorporate the squats to your ability level.
Here’s what I did for 15 minutes👇🏻
30 second intervals starting on 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5 every 30 seconds stop and do 10 air squats after each set of squats increase your speed. Your highest speed should be close to your max. Then starting over at your lowest speed and repeat.

Just a physique update. I finished last week at 241lb. Today, Thursday Feb 20, I am 234.8lb. I'm doing my best to take control of my life and not think about anything beyond the 24 hours at hand. My coach has told me to try to be 1% better everyday.
My lower body has always been a strong suit of mine. It falls in line and does what it's supposed to. I'm looking to build a completely different upper body over the next 3 months. Stay tuned.

I tweaked my normal recipe a little bit tonight trying it out with ranch seasoning. This is a great meal for the whole family. It cooks in a fraction of the time and they are easily portioned out———————————————
💥1 lb ground beef or ground pork sausage
💥1 cup @porkkinggood pork rind crumbs
💥1 tbs homemade ranch seasoning (recipe in my stories) 💥1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
💥1/2 cup bacon crumbles
💥Sugar free ketchup @alternasweets .
🔹Mix all together in a large bowl .
🔹Spray silicone muffin tray
🔹Scoop out 10 equal portions and pack each into muffin tray.
🔹Top with sugar free ketchup, more shredded cheese and some bacon crumbles.
🔹Cook 20 minutes at 350*( cook time may vary by oven) ———————————————

Things I hated about being Morbidly Obese.
Let’s start by saying I don’t miss a thing .
#1. Getting dressed . I could not put socks on unless I were either on my bed or sitting in a chair . Forget about your shoes coming untied . Pure panic . Find somewhere to sit down and tie them . Embarrassing especially in public . Getting dress was a job !
#2. Sweating . Sweating 😥 for absolutely no reason at all . I would sit in a 69 degree room and sweat. Family members asking “ Why you sweating ” Only if they truly understood.
#3. Breathing . If you were within 3 feet of me you could hear me breath . Hell , I could hear myself have this terrible wheezing noise in my chest just sitting in a chair !
#4. Consuming enormous amounts of food . You don’t get to weigh 400lbs by having a second piece of cake . You get there by consuming a crazy amount of food ! I would say I ate close to 8000 calories a day , but it had to be more . I would eat and eat and eat . Never feeling full. Food numbed me and comforted me at the same time .
#5. Being the largest person in the room. You know those stats about how obese Americans are ! Well , I can’t remember a time before I lost weight that I wasn’t the largest person in the room. Even at restaurants which is always the worse looking for pull out chairs because you’re terrified your fat ass can’t fit in the booth and you’re embarrassed for anyone dining with you .
I remember all these things every single day , along with keeping a picture of me at my heaviest as my phone screen saver . Sure I need to lose more weight and I’ll get there . 287lbs you can live a more fulfilling life than a 400lb individual can . People ask me what is the secret to weight loss, I say there is no secret . I just remember what it was like to be over 400 lbs, and I swear I will never be there again .

🎂🎂 Birthday edition. Soooooooooo, these photos were 5 years apart. The left one I was two months into my journey from 250 pounds. I was about a month and a half in and already down about 20 pounds. I was not keto I was low carb ( 100 carbs a day) and watching calories. I actually lost 80 pounds total and hurt my knee and gained most of it back. When I started Keto I was creeping back up to my highest. I tried to recreate the photo. Not meaning to toot my own horn but I honestly feel Keto has made me appear younger. I’m grateful for the journey and my 45 years.

Day 114/135 (Feb 19). This is hard to post, but doing it anyways. So happy Transformation Thursday y’all! These pictures are legit taken a year apart. Top is Feb 19, 2019 & the bottom is Feb 19, 2020. DAYUM GINA! Just when I’m feeling down about the scale not moving I see this & it helps. Pictures help. It’s so hard to see the changes when you see yourself everyday & hard on yourself. As always, working on it. I stopped weighing myself everyday though. Working on how I feel vs. the number on the devil scale. However, I know muscle weighs more than fat & I’m definitely toning up more. The struggle bus is real. I really want to lose at least 20 more pounds. I’ll get there.
