A California Indian summer dream. One of the most beautifully presented course I’ve ever had the pleasure of consuming (the other being Alinea in Chicago). Yes, this was just the appetizer. They use the freshest seasonal ingredients of the blessed Russian River valley/Healdsburg soil, all grown at their own farm. I really wanted to meet Katina, @lumberjackieo the designer behind this set, but she was not there... Needless to say, I will be back; this restaurant is my style heh.
