I love it hot and sweaty! And guess what? So do your body. Muscle tightness is always something I am working on. When you’re constantly tight like me, there’s no better feeling then warming up the whole body outside on a nice day or in a hot yoga studio and feeling those muscles lengthen out and your RELAX. It’s hard to experience this cold. I Got some solid blood flow outside today in the heat with this circuit before hitting an awesome leg workout. Try these out for warm- up! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I love it hot and sweaty! And guess what So do your body. Muscle tightness is always something I am working on. When you’re constantly tight like me, there’s no better feeling then warming up the whole body outside on a nice day or in a hot yoga studio and feeling those muscles lengthen out and your RELAX. I am that girl that has a big personality but little body confidence. The girl that everyone misunderstands how someone so confident could be so self conscious at the same time. I never thought I would put myself out there for a photoshoot. Yesterday I had my my very first training for my very first CrossFit competition! 
This monday I had an appointment with my coach and we decided that I would try to qualify for the Dutch Throwdown in March 2020 (that sounds far away ahaha)! I still have 5 more months to go untill the qualifiers in January and during this period my workouts will be focussed mostly on high intensity and endurance.

My coach sent me this WOD to try out and my god it was I N T E N S E , but I'm still alive🏋️‍♀️😂.
Usually this wouldn't be a piece of cake, but yesterday it was even harder😅.
Since I'm leaving to England tomorrow I worked out as much as possible this week, just because I love it so much and won't be able to since I'll be on vacation for a while (first with my mom and then with my dad, they're divorced so that's why). Not because I forced myself to do so :)

In the 3rd picture you can see my workout schedule and other activities for this week and wednesday was absolutely the most active one as you can see😝. At 7 AM I went to Basic fit with @fleursprongx for legday and I hit a new personal record on the deadlift (90 kg🎉) followed by dropsets from 80 to 60 kg and romanian deadlifts. That afternoon I already started feeling my lower back and the next days it was even worse! I was worried I injured myself so I stretched a lot twice a day and skipped the deadlifts in the WOD shown at the 1st picture. ☆
I can happily say I don't feel my lower back as much as 3 days ago, so I think it was just really heavy muscle soreness😝. However I will take rest the following 2 weeks in England (except for a lot of mountianbiking!🚴‍♀️).
