I’ve always struggled with finding balance in my life. I’m either working incessantly and beating myself down for not progressing fast enough or I’m too care free and let all my responsibilities slide. It’s a daily battle and one I haven’t quite found the answer to just yet. I am trying though. A little more discipline here and a little more time with friends there. I haven’t mastered it by any means but I’m a lot further along than I was at this point last year.
•
Example A: I’m starting to study for my CSCS even though I’m in the middle of starting volleyball season. I thought I’d wait until the season is over, but why? I’ve got time to study each day and there is no point in putting it off.

Example B: I’m actually playing volleyball myself on Sunday nights. I used the work excuse time and time again but it’s time I gave a little more to myself.
•
Balance can be achieved. But it’s tricky and takes lots of practice. With handstands and life 🙃

Those last few reps when I can’t go anymore...that’s when the magic happens. That’s when I need to get out of my mind and keep pushing😤That’s when I have to challenge my own mental and physical limits. When I can’t do anymore reps, I just slow down my reps and hold for a few seconds longer to keep the muscles engaged. It burns like a bit*h afterwards but that’s what I love the most. Tear it all down to build it back up bigger, better and stronger than ever before— the sports of bodybuilding 👌👏💪

Can you actually control hunger? There is a very simple algorithm to do that. The one we just represented pictorially. Our brain functions in a weird way. When we think we are hungry we might not actually be hungry. Caffeine goes a long way in controlling hunger. Caffeine is a great hunger suppressant. You might also feel hungry if you are dehydrated. So whenever you feel hungry you can go for a cup of black coffee. If you still feel hungry eat a fruit. If the liver is depleted then you might feel hungry in your brain. Most often when the nutrients are replenished you stop feeling hungry. Eating only when you are actually hungry can help you lose a lot of fat. You should appreciate good food or go out or eat out once in a while but food should not control you. 
Make it a point to drink 1 liter of water after you wake up in the morning. Your body tends to get dehydrated during the hours of your sleep. Then you tend to overeat during your breakfast. After drinking 1 liter of water wait for 30 to 45 minutes before eating your breakfast. This will subdue your hunger a bit and you won’t end up overeating. .
Sleep is another important factor. Lack of sleep can cause you to overeat. Getting adequate sleep of about 7 to 8 hours is very important to your health and weight reduction. If you are suffering from depression you might also feel hungry and start binge eating. .
Stress is another factor that causes you to overeat. If you are in stress then you might consider taking a walk along a water body or you might try meditation. Chamomile tea is also a great stress reliever. These things will calm your nerves and you will stop the urge to overeat. .
If all these things are unable to control your urge to eat then you might be actually hungry. Try eating a healthy meal with lots of fiber in it. You might also eat a protein rich food with some vegetables. .
