A)audio reactive COD drills
C1)45deg lateral bounds
C2)side plank x15 secs each side
D)Reactive overhead medball throws
E)Max effort deadlift
This on the surface seems like too much work for it to be recoverable AND repairable,but in this case volume is key 🔑
Microdosing sprints,COD drills ,jumps and throws drills 4 times per week will give the required adaptation,without rinsing the athlete!

#transformationtuesday Crazy to look back and see how far I’ve come from this skinny kid in high school. I’ve added 55lbs since I graduated high school. 15lbs was from Army basic training alone right after high school which really kick started my love for fitness. Now at 36yrs old I still feel like I have a ways to go until I reach my peak and I’m looking forward to what I can add this winter with a more structured approach.
