Dzisiaj bez treningowo , ale żeby nie zawieść swoich fanów mam dla Was krótka scinke z przykładowej rozgrzewki przed treningiem góry. Głównie skupiam się tu na rozgrzaniu obręczy barkowej oraz rotatorow. Wszystko wykonujemy po 10-15 ruchów, dodatkowo 2 3 serie wstępne przed pierwszym ćwiczeniem i jesteśmy gotowi na mocny trening.
Mam nadzieję że spróbujcie kilku z nich i zaimplementujecie do swojej rozgrzewki.

As crazy, dangerous, and inconvenient as this virus may be, I actually think that in a way, it’s bringing us closer as humans. Crazy thought, but I’ve seen more people working together and supporting each other. (Except when all this started and people started losing their minds) ⠀

Another success HIIT workout! 💪🏾🔥
- 15 sec resistant sprints | 30 sec rest X 10
- 100 meter sprints X 10
- Goal right now is to shred as much body fat as possible while maintaining muscle mass.
Therefore I’m doing at least 4 sessions of HIIT a week.
- some days I look in the mirror and I feel good.
- some days I look in the mirror and I feel awful.
But no matter what I’ll keep working on myself. I’ll keep showing up for myself.
This is the body you were given. The life you were given.
If you don’t like something about it change it.

Had a lot of fun trying different ways to make exercises with resistance bands and 22.5kg worth weight of difficult. (2.5kg of it was rice 🤣). If you want me to show ant other at home workouts or just want advice on how to exercise at home, just let me know!
