Hey Leute 😎 Heute gibt es mal wieder ein neues Rezept von mir ✌😁 In letzter Zeit komme ich so selten dazu, was zu posten 🤯 
Also: Selbstgemachter „Iced Coffee“ mit Karamell-Vanillegeschmack - geht auch im Winter, vor allem vor einem Kamin 😉 ich trinke ja gerne was warmes in der "kalten" Jahreszeit. Aber ab und zu geht auch mal so ein geiler Iced Coffee. 
Seid ihr auch eher für warme oder kalte Getränke in dieser Jahreszeit?

Für 3 Portionen braucht ihr: 
Für das Karamell:
▪︎100 g Kokosblütenzucker (Alternativ: 130 g Erythrit)
▪︎60 ml Mandelmilch mit Vanillegeschmack
▪︎4 EL Kokosöl
▪︎1/2 TL Vanilleextrakt

Für den Kaffee:
▪︎3 Tassen kalter Kaffee
▪︎240 ml ungesüßte Mandelmilch mit Vanillegeschmack
▪︎Eiswürfel

So geht's:
Zuerst alle Zutaten für das Karamell in einen kleinen Topf geben und bei mittlerer Hitze miteinander vermengen. Aufkochen lassen, die Hitze ein wenig reduzieren und das Karamell so lange köcheln lassen, bis sich die Masse um etwa die Hälfte reduziert und eine goldbraune Farbe angenommen hat (das sollte etwa 5-6 min dauern). Achtet darauf, die Masse gelegentlich umzurühren, sodass sie nicht verbrennen kann.
Gebt das fertige Karamell nun in eine Schüssel und lasst es für etwa 2 Stunden abkühlen. Auch hier solltet Ihr wieder gelegentlich umrühren, damit die Masse schön cremig und klumpenfrei bleibt. Anschließend drei hohe Gläser jeweils zur Hälfte mit Eiswürfeln füllen. Den kalten Kaffee auf die Gläser aufteilen und anschließend die Mandelmilch darüber geben. Jeweils 2 Esslöffel Karamellsoße in die Gläser füllen und gründlich umrühren, bis sich das Karamell vollständig aufgelöst hat.
Lasst es euch schmecken!

In a sea of hype around “fake meat,” this lil lady actually includes plants, err pulses and includes 🖐🏽 easy to understand ingredients (beans, onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, and S&P)
•
Why the BB?! Well... they are a great source of fiber, protein and folate, 3x cheaper than chicken, beef, or fish, and a one half-cup contains more iron than a 3-ounce flank steak
•
Adapted from @foodnetwork - check the recipe online, quick steps below. Side note: I halved the bread crumbs and sautéed mushrooms, swapped out the mayo and made spicy hummus instead (legit took reg hummus and shook in some @franksredhot) and made these in under 30 minutes

Mix together the beans, breadcrumbs, onions, chili powder, egg and some salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Form the mixture into 2 ‘smedium’ patties.

Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add some canola (or olive) oil. Cook the burger 4 minutes per side.
