It’s a huge difference to the grey, smoky skies yesterday ☁️ .
It’s utterly heartbreaking to see the damage and destruction the fires have caused to this gorgeous town. And it certainly gave me a slap in the face of reality after spending the week stressing over trivial shit, when others were loosing everything they owned 😢 .
We spoke to the owner of the caravan park at Lanis on the beach and she described what the last week has been like. For 3 days they were trapped with nothing to do but sit and hope for the best. The local baker from Coles managed to get in and bake some bread but they were rationed out to one loaf per family. She said it felt like they were in back in the War. .
I can’t even begin to imagine the terror and fear they have endured this week and my heart goes out to everyone that has been affected ❣️
It makes me truely grateful for everything right now, even the clothes on my back 🥰

If you’ve been following me then you’ll know that a couple of weeks ago I bout the @kk_fit_ stack from @pescience and after about 2 weeks in I think it’s finally time that I can weigh my thoughts in on my process and what I think about these pre-workout overall. Initially when I bought this stack I had no idea about the effects I may or may not have from these supplements and although I did some research I only knew two basic things when deciding which brand and what to buy from this brand and that was that I

Fortunately, Pescience had both of these check marked so I didn’t have much to look for. It took me about 2 months to finally decide what I wanted to purchase. Which was there Pre-workout ,High Volume and creatine in pill form. Overall there high volume preworkout and regular preworkout gave me no jitters and only energy which was nice. During my whole workout all I felt was energy which was really nice considering there fact that I haven’t felt like that before. I also felt that due to this energy I didn’t get exhausted during hard workouts. Instead I actually felt okay. Overall thoughts , definitely one of my favorite brands of pre-workouts so far. 💓
