Para essa terça-feira queremos te convidar a parar 40 segundos do seu dia e fazer a chamada Ponte Isométrica. É simples: ⠀
1 - Apoie as mãos e os joelhos no chão;
2 - Abaixe os antebraços até encostar os cotovelos no chão;
3 - Verifique se os cotovelos estão abaixo dos ombros, quase em ângulo de 90°;
4 - Coloque os pés para trás até ficar com o corpo estendido, formando uma linha dos pés à cabeça;
5 - Olhe para o chão, se concentre e segure a posição por 40 segundos, ou o quanto conseguir. ⠀
Esse simples exercício vai te ajudar a trabalhar os músculos da região do abdômen, lombar e glúteos. Além de ajudar na postura, equilíbrio e prevenir lesões, principalmente as de coluna e lombar. ⠀

“I’m too busy.”

These are the top excuses I hear on the daily when I ask if they can commit to 20-30 minutes a day to working out 4-5x a week.
I’m sorry (not sorry) but if you can take time to get lost in the depths of Instagram or Facebook then you have time to for this.
If you have a Netflix, Hulu, HBO or whatever subscription OR grab a Starbucks drink or go out to eat just once a week, then you can afford this.
If I told you that my mother-in-law (who is over the age of 60 and has limitations), a few girlfriends who’ve just had babies in the last 6 months, a single mother, a military spouse on one income, are ALL in my accountability group, do you really have an excuse
You know what I love so much about all the women in my accountability group They realized that for too long they were constantly giving back and taking care of others rather than themselves. Or for too long they were set in their owns ways with unhealthy habits that walking into a gym with no support was so daunting. UNTIL, they realized that it was TIME to make time for themselves. Time to make herself priority. Because when she takes care of herself well she can take care of others well.
