Ive never been the biggest fan of cardio but after completely cutting it out for the last 3 weeks Ive noticed my body respond negatively. I regularly do inbody scans @revivepteltham and over the last 3 weeks I have dropped 1kg but have also dropped 0.5kg of muscle and increased my BF by 0.4%. The only change over the last few weeks was my lack of cardio - who would have thought?!!! I guess everyones bodies respond differently to types of exercises and mine responds to cardio. So back to running  To make it fun today I ran 4.5km to catch up with a friend for coffee and then ran home - so 9km in total. Here is what a day of food could look like for someone following a low calorie high to moderate protein intake fat loss diet.

We know, to lose weight we must eat fewer calories than we burn - aka a calorie deficit.

This is just a guide to help give you an idea of some of the things you can include in your diet, as you can see we follow a general 80/20 rule.

Mostly whole foods with single ingredients with a little bit of wine and chocolate to finish of a busy day. 

It doesn't matter; it's perfectly fine and much more sustainable than a "clean eating approach" to include some treat here and there while dieting. 

Feel free to adjust this based on your individual needs, and I highly recommend your foods in an app such as myfitnesspal.

If you were to include any drinks; water or calorie-free diet drinks are perfectly acceptable. 

Just note, I am not a registered dietician, and this is only an example day. 

Your diet should include much more variety with different vegetables, fruits, fats, and protein sources.

The best way to sustainable fat loss is to work out your fat loss calories and fit the food you already love to eat to your individual needs.  Let me know in the comments below if you found this helpful.

Stamattina un pancake con una consistenza un po' diversa dal solito perch矇 ho utilizzato degli ingredienti un po' diversi dal solito.
Un misto te aun pancake e un brownies. ~
Per realizzarlo ho usato: 迎35 g di farina d'avena gusto chocolate @prozisitalia
迎8 g di farina di carruba
迎70 g di zucca cotta e frullata
迎100ml g di albume
迎2 g di idrolitina
Frullato tutto insieme (avendo cura di far reagire l'idrolitina con un goccio d'acqua e poi versarla e me scolarla al composto alla fine) e cotto in un pentolino da 14 cm con coperchio a fiamma bassa per 10-15 min. 
Per la farcia ho usato yogurt magro, burro di mandorle #prozis e muesli al cioccolato sempre #prozisitalia.

New day, new adventures  Elke ochtend als ik wakker word, heb ik het gevoel dat ik op schoolreisje ga. Je weet wel, dat gevoel wat je vroeger altijd had, waarbij je ruim op tijd wakker was, je je kleren de avond van tevoren al had klaargelegd en je rugzak in de hoek van de kamer al klaarstond gevuld met lekkers. Naar mijn idee is dat het gevoel wat je vertelt dat je op het juiste pad zit. Het pad dat je leidt naar je dromen. Ik ben opzoek gegaan naar mijn pad en heb hem inmiddels gevonden 遲 Hierdoor is elke dag een nieuw stukje van mijn avontuur waarin ik dingen leer, ontdek en vier. Iets waar ik geen genoeg van kan krijgen! BOUNDS of energy with Tracy's crazy high intensity training, with lots of slow tempo reps at the end of each exercise after veering off a strength program.

The simplicity of her foods, filled with the basics that she LOVES has made it easy for her to get AMAZING results in both her training and body goals, as well as adherence and consistency! 
_
she "didnt notice the change just looking in the mirror" which is the CASE OF SO MANY PEOPLE! and then they get flustered and want to give up!
_
which is why i am SO SO ADAMANT ABOUT CELEBRATING EVERY MINI WIN, MINI GOAL, AND CUTTING THE JOURNEY INTO CHUNKS - so that it keeps peak interest, peak energy, and peak state of mind. 
_
we are about to go into a mini diet break again so that the body can adjust upwards to even more food - increasing her carbs gradually before we begin the next cutting phase - with more strength work to follow.

Awesome workout today with my buddy @nickademasfit !  Finally back to hitting PR's!  Funny thing is I'm getting over a super bad cold so this workout made me happy!!  Did bench press, dumbbell presses, military presses, and a bunch of shoulder accessory work. Did 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 2 255, set of 1 275, set of 1 295, set of 1 315, set of 1 335 (bodyweight PR), 5 second pause 315, set of 8 275 (bodyweight PR), and a set of 20 225 fail. Every set paused except for my last set!  Then did just 3 sets of dumbbell presses with my top set being 1x17 100s. Was fatigued so did push it with weight. Then did military presses and got 1x19 135 for my top set.  Not maxing out for 2 weeks though. Giving my body a lil break from that. We'll see where I'll be by then!!

Then did military presses and got 1x19 135 for my top set. Not maxing out for 2 weeks though. Giving my body a lil break from that. We'll see where I'll be by then!!
