Guten Morgen ☀️ ja viele von uns sehen nach der Schwangerschaft nicht mehr so aus wie vor der Schwangerschaft. Bevor ich schwanger wurde, dachte ich dass mich das enorm stören würde. Aber als es dann soweit war, war es irgendwie in Ordnung. Guten Morgen ☀️ ja viele von uns sehen nach der Schwangerschaft nicht mehr so aus wie vor der Schwangerschaft. Bevor ich schwanger wurde, dachte ich dass mich das enorm stören würde. Aber als es dann soweit war, war es irgendwie in Ordnung. Monday! OHS + WOD. 
I did some overhead squats about 8 months ago, only the one set. Before that, I couldn’t tell you when the last time was. So I’m calling this day one, worked up to a double at 50kgs. I tell you, my abs haven’t worked that hard for a LONG time 😬😬😳😳
Wouldn’t mind throwing these back in the menu from time to time. You will note, my lifting face remains bloody 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Overhead squats,

Das Trinken wichtig für den Körper ist, ist wohl jedem bekannt, allerdings ist es in der Schwangerschaft und insbesondere, wenn man auch noch Sport treibt, umso wichtiger.▶️▶️▶️▶️
Die empfohlene Menge liegt bei rund 2 Liter pro Tag (mindestens). Das ist doch eine ganz schöne Menge und es gibt sicher viele, denen das schwer fällt. Mir ging es die ersten Monate der Schwangerschaft auch so. Schon seit ich ein Kind war musste man mich regelrecht zwingen, genügend zu trinken. 😐🙈
Aber ich habe mir nun angewöhnt, mehr zu trinken. Wie ich das mache?
💡Ich versuche gleich morgens 1-2Gläser Wasser zu trinken und spätestens nach dem Sport wieder 1/2Gläser. Wenn ich zu Hause esse, achte ich auch darauf davor, während und danach etwas zu trinken. Uuund:Ich gehe nur mehr mit einer 500ml Wasserflaschen aus dem Haus. 😊
So funktioniert es eigentlich ganz gut und wenn ich am Ende des Tages merke, dass ich zu wenig getrunken habe, dann kommt es eben auch durchaus vor, dass ich dann 3/4 Gläser auf einmal trinke. 😁🤰🏼

Fazit:Trinkt genügend, besonders als SportlerIn, egal ob schwanger oder nicht und besonders bei so warmen Temperaturen. 🥵🥛🥤 Es ist wirklich wichtig für den Körper und hilft übrigens auch bei Wassereinlagerungen, auch wenn es vielleicht widersprüchlich klingen mag. 😊

It's almost 11 at night BUT I DID IT. For the first time in weeks I hit my water goal. I'm going to be up all night peeing but I know I need it.
I'm bloated, constant migraines, and so much fatigue I've hardly been able to function. 
I'm going to start tomorrow with at least half a bottle before I eat anything else. I've got to make staying hydrated more of a priority.

TDEE stands for Total Daily Energy Expenditure which is an estimation of your calories which is broken into 4 components. ⁣
⁣
- Basal Metabolic Rate=60%: Number of calories your body burns each day to keep you alive. Basically, the number of calories your body would expend in a 24 hour period if all you did was lay in bed all day long.⁣
⁣
- Thermic Effect of Food=10%: The energy you use to eat, digest and metabolise food. A diet higher in protein will lead to a higher calorie output.⁣
⁣
- Physical Activity=10%: Energy used during exercise⁣
⁣
- Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis=20%: Number of calories used during daily movement that is not categorised as structured exercise such as walking the dog, moving from one room to another, or taking the stairs. ⁣
⁣
So, by knowing your TDEE is extremely useful as fat loss is achieved by creating a deficit (eating below your TDEE). Muscle gain is achieved by creating a surplus (eating above your TDEE). Eating equal to your needs is maintenance because it helps your weight stay steady. ⁣
